We were passing through, we are from Parma, excellent pizza farinata to fly away. We will come back for sure. The very nice baker is the very good pizza chef.

Excellent pizzeria, the best in the area, as well as excellent service, always attentive and courteous. Top quality ingredients and super dough (pizza, focaccia, farinata, etc.). It's always a pleasure to eat Genio's pizza, now a regular event during the week.

Farinata/calda/calda calda/cecinata is a staple for Tuscany cuisine and it sells faster than hot bread. This place is a pizza machine. I would estimate that they sell 500 pizza in 4 hours of operation. Always full, always moving, inspiring to see the family in action, try their amazing products at extremely reasonable prices. They have options with porcini, 'nduja, which they call induja, and also healthier options with arugula. Must try this hidden gem!!
