I'm a regular customer at this pizza restaurant and I return often, even with pleasure. However, during my last visit, I discovered a new rule that left me very perplexed: it's no longer possible to freely modify the pizzas, except by removing a single ingredient or adding just one. However, it's not permitted to remove one ingredient and replace it with another, or to add more than one. I asked both the waiter and the manager for an explanation, but I didn't receive a clear or logical response, other than a generic "restaurant decision" and "otherwise the pizzeria gets confusing." Honestly, I don't understand why a restaurant should force customers to eat a pizza exactly as it's advertised, without the possibility of adapting it in the slightest to their tastes or needs. A simple note like "Pizza X without Y, with the addition of Z" shouldn't pose a problem for a pizza chef. I find this rule disrespectful to customers. I believe a restaurant should accommodate reasonable customer requests, not restrict them without a compelling reason. I hope you'll reconsider this policy. Kind regards. P.S.
