I hadn't been in a long time. The place is very welcoming, the pizza excellent. The service can improve but the staff are very young and can be allowed some imperfections. I will return and recommend it.

A really interesting place to come and eat. Let's start from the location which is truly very particular, with a wall of plants halfway up the hall and this contaminated industrial environment. The upper part reserves a little more privacy and tranquility but is just as beautiful, even more industrial than the ground floor. Let's move on to the pizza: extremely thin and enormous, stuffed with excellent quality ingredients and with a wide, varied offering and even eccentric proposals. The staff are helpful and welcoming, not intrusive but polite. Prices are a little above average but in keeping with the location and service.

This pizzeria has become a regular stop for me, and every visit confirms why. The environment is welcoming and pleasant, the service is always positive and the waiting times are short. 03/09/2024: Raramente ho accompagnato la pizza con il vino, perché non lo ritenevo un abbinamento praticabile. Invece da Bolle mi sono ricreduto. Competenza, gentilezza e qualità molto apprezzate. Per iniziare, sfiziosi antipasti da 3 pezzi ciascuno: cubotti all'amatriciana e crocchette di baccalà, davvero ottimi per una partenza di cena con il piede giusto. La mia Napoli preparata con i grani antichi era soffice e croccante al tempo stesso, dove gli ingredienti sono stati sapientemente esaltati. Ci torneremo, questo è certo!

02/09/2024: Waikiki is a multifunctional place: you can go there for a coffee, for lunch, an aperitif. If you want to have lunch there, booking is advisable, because generally all the tables are occupied. Or you can go for lunch after 1pm, but you will have to make do with what is left. This fact actually reveals that the raw materials are fresh because they are supplied and used, as they say, just in time. The managers are friendly, kind, helpful and understanding: even if you were to ask, for example, for an out-of-date cocktail, you will see that they will find a solution. At Waikiki they will always make you feel welcome!
