Excellent value for money, the seafood menu is simple and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

very nice and well-kept place, the waiter extremely kind and helpful, excellent food and also for the timing, I don't give 5 stars to the service only because he forgot to bring us a couple of chips and he made a mistake by bringing sparkling wine when I had asked for still wine for the rest excellent!

Truly, truly, congratulations! We came a few days ago to celebrate a birthday. There were about ten of us, and without a set menu, we all chose what we liked best. Punctual, fast, and truly, truly delicious dishes. I hope this place becomes known to as many people as possible and is recognized for its immense value, both for the super-helpful and always smiling staff, and (most importantly) for the delicious dishes they offer. Truly, well done!

We were here 2 years ago and we liked it. The last visit we ate a mixed raw and a mixed cooked but there was breadcrumbs everywhere on the cooked.. average food and service. Good price

07/09/2025: What a beautiful, authentic trattoria, just like it used to be! Simplicity, down-to-earthness, the joy of making do with "whatever we have available today" but still knowing you'll love it (see the pasta with ragù, delicious like our grandmothers knew how), without skimping on portions, all in a traditional, no-frills setting that doesn't slouch. With truly fair prices (first courses €6; try finding something this cheap in central Padua, just steps from Prato della Valle). Make a note of it and return next time.
05/09/2025: The experience was an excellent example of a bar / trattoria serving local patrons, making it a great way for tourists from Australia to witness Italian life. Hearty meals and very welcoming staff. We also had our morning macchiato here each day.
