Excellent cuisine, huge portions, very fair prices and very friendly staff.

I enjoyed the starters, the abundant pizza, the shower and the very kind staff

The pizza was very thin and squished off the plate. The dishes arrived very quickly. It was quite good, but not overly flavorful, even though I had it with pancetta and parmesan. The atmosphere didn't convey a particularly hygienic and clean feeling; we found a couple of napkins and the tablecloth a bit dirty from previous meals. The staff was very young, friendly, and helpful despite the large crowd.

Everything was good, with a special mention for the pizza...huge and delicious. The staff and owners were very friendly.

Il Brigante in Bologna – feeling at home (but with extraordinary cuisine!) As soon as I entered, I was welcomed like one of the family: the owner, always smiling and kind, immediately put me at ease. While waiting for the first course, I was offered a hot, fragrant pizza—a rare gesture of courtesy these days—and from that moment on, I knew this place had soul. After ordering the second course, the owner, with great honesty, advised me to wait until I finished the first course before deciding whether to order: who would do that among restaurateurs these days? A sign of sincere attention to the customer, not the bill. The tagliatelle with ragù arrived in a generous baking dish: a portion that in Bologna would be enough for four people! I told myself I'd only eat half... but they were so good I couldn't stop. Perfect pasta, flavorful, authentic ragù, the kind that tastes of home and tradition. Followed by delicious roast potatoes and a mixed salad that's anything but a side dish: fresh, crunchy, and clearly made with real vegetables, not from a bag. An experience that goes beyond a simple lunch: at Brigante in Bologna, you'll rediscover the pleasure of good food, a genuine welcome, and conviviality. A place where you eat with your heart, not just your stomach.

Everything was very good and the prices were absolutely reasonable, especially considering the quantity served. I'll definitely be back.

Dovrebbero dimezzare le porzioni o anche meno e raddoppiare la qualità della pasta e del condimento. Non si può portare tavola una quantità ,fuori ogni logica , di pasta che nessuno riesce a finire di mangiare. Il condimento , poi , lascia a desiderare.
