Pizzeria Il Boss In Garlasco

Il Boss was a restaurant and pizzeria in Tromello, very well-known for its truly excellent food. Then it moved to Garlasco near a roundabout, and I tried it there too—not bad. Now it's right in the square, next to the Garlasco Cathedral, with outdoor seating and an indoor dining area, so why not try it there too!? And I must say, the pizza is good—kudos! Reservations are almost a must, it's a bit small. They also do takeout.

You can order takeout or eat in. I found it good and easy to digest. However, I recommend eating it there, as the pizza tastes best when eaten hot. It tastes even better.

Very characteristic outdoor setting, wide selection of dishes, excellent food, very friendly staff.

We went to this restaurant three nights in a row and we loved it! The service was very fast and the waitresses were super nice! The food was excellent and plentiful, with prices that were more than reasonable. I recommend it 100%!
