The pizza was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Particularly appreciable was the thoughtfulness of Luigi, from the bar, who, noticing my lack of lighter, as I was leaving, thanking him again, wanted to give me his extra one; a gesture of courtesy that goes beyond common attention to the customer. Pizza nothing special, nice and welcoming place, friendly and helpful waiters, the only flaw is the pizza chef who perhaps can't hear well. I had asked for a local one with plenty of Zola without tomato and oregano. I only tasted a bite of Zola given to a quarter of the pizza (I always divide the pizza into four to eat it with my hands), not even a trace of Zola in the remaining three slices, and yes, the flavor of Zola is difficult not to taste. . But the thing that surprised me the most was that I paid 1.5 euros more. Let's put it this way, the pizza chef was offended because I distorted a local one perhaps invented by him....... If it happens to me I will return to this restaurant in the hope of changing my review positively.

We have been loyal customers of Birbante for many years; it has always been our reference pizzeria, both for takeaway and for a dinner out when we want an evening of guaranteed quality. The pizza, in our opinion, is the best in the area, and the food in general has never disappointed expectations. However, on several occasions I encountered an unfriendly attitude on the part of one of the people who usually manage the cash register. This behavior, which I found grumpy and condescending, unfortunately has a negative impact on my very positive perception of the place. While I recognize the preparation of the staff and the excellent quality of the food, I am a little discouraged by this type of unkind attitude and I am not very encouraged to return again.

Ottimo posto, bel locale. Pizza molto buona e decisamente abbondante. Cameriere simpatiche. Prezzo adeguato . Consigliato Pulizia dei lampadari da rivedere.

Oltre che pizzeria e' un buon ristorante, dove servono menu' alla carta, che non tutti nel periodo fanno !! Ambiente confortevole climatizzato con ampio parcheggio, personale molto gradevole e gentile. Menu' vario che spazia dagli antipasti ai desserts, il tutto con bevande a scelta non per forza in bottiglia ma anche sfuso. Ottimo l'antipasto composto da gnocco fritto preparato al momento "ancora bollente" con salumi nostrani e formaggio alla piastra. Squisito il risotto al melone con speck crema di burrata e olio al basilico. Squisiti anche i paccheri ai frutti di mare molto appetitosi e abbondanti. Ottima birra nera artigianale durante il pasto. Essendo portate abbondanti non abbiamo ordinato i secondi, passando direttamente ai dessert con sorbetti al limone e vodka e chiudendo con caffe'. Altamente consigliato, ci ritorneremo di sicuro e lo consiglieremo anche a conoscenti.
