Excellent restaurant for both classic Tuscan dishes and a traditional thin-crust pizza. The ingredients are top-quality and served quickly by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also recommended for group dinners with reservations.

A very tasty pizzeria in Ponte agli Stolli. The dough is very good, the standard pizza is thin, but they also have Neapolitan dough. The fries were also excellent. The menu is varied, with a wide selection, the place is simple, and the staff is efficient. I recommend trying a pizza here.

The wait staff were friendly but the food was mediocre. The polenta fries were tasty but my pizza with mozzarella and anchovies was undercooked, the cheese was not melted and when picked up, it dripped with liquid. The calzone was also wet inside, like the meat had been frozen or something. I wouldn't go back.

Had a meal here while staying in the village. Staff and food were excellent and even the decor that some have criticised was nice and cosy, so they may have redecorated. They were also very helpful translating the menu to English. Price very reasonable too. A lovely meal overall!

We were there with a large group of nine people and were initially delighted by the beautiful ambiance and the large table. But unfortunately, the evening then took a very disappointing turn. The food arrived at the same time, but it was only lukewarm – annoying for a full restaurant, but still bearable. Things got even more annoying when my pizza was incorrectly served. While everyone else was almost finished and had already received their dessert, I was the last one to start eating. This wasn't only unfortunate, but also significantly dampened the mood. Things didn't improve with dessert: Of the four desserts we ordered, only two arrived. The service seemed completely overwhelmed and disorganized. After the long wait, we didn't want to wait for the remaining desserts and asked for the bill. We couldn't even pay at the table; we had to go inside. The final straw came when we looked at the bill: We were charged for all four desserts – even though we hadn't even received them! At least the mistake was corrected immediately after we pointed it out, and the staff even apologized. Nevertheless, the impression remains that the service that evening was simply overwhelmed. For the price, the food would have been fine, but the service and organization were a complete disaster. It's a shame, because the ambiance and first impressions were really good. Unfortunately, we're left with a bitter aftertaste and a clear decision: If we vacation here again, we'd give you another chance. With hot food and better service.

For friendly, nice modern and clean place, courteous staff, quick service, quality food, wood-fired pizzas

We were staying near this pizzeria and decided to check it out. The place was packed with Italians, which we thought was good because it meant the food was good. The service was excellent, and the waiters spoke English, which was a big help. The pizza was delicious, and so were the desserts! We loved it so much we went back for dinner the next day.

This is a hidden gem and the majority of the guests are local Italians which we loved (no meny in English). The restaurant itself is very simple and the service is ok - but the food is great!!! Since it’s always busy it does take a bit of time before the food arrives but it’s well worth it!

In its small way, a decidedly pleasant place, good pizza and fast service.
