31/12/2025: My family and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.
The location is good, about 15 minutes from Ortisei and 30 minutes from Selva. There's a bus stop a few steps away, but we didn't use it.
There's convenient parking in front of the entrance and a covered garage, connected to the building by stairs and an elevator.
There's also a ski storage room.
The rooms are very spacious and warm, and fairly clean (a few cobwebs in the corners, which I notice).
The staff is friendly and helpful.
We took advantage of the half-board option. Dinner included a choice of two starters, two main courses, and two desserts, along with a salad buffet. The menus always included both traditional and classic dishes (such as spaghetti with Bolognese sauce).
The breakfast buffet features both savory and sweet options: various breads, cold cuts and cheeses, fruit salad and whole fruit, various cereals and jams, a homemade cake, and other sweet options (such as mini muffins, donuts, and brioches). I also noticed a wide selection of gluten-free croissants/breads/cookies/rusks.
I would have preferred a little more attention to allergies/intolerances. I had communicated these in advance and expected different treatment at the salad bar or at breakfast (for example, my father is allergic to sesame, and the bread basket included all types of bread, so I expected a special basket at the table with only white bread; or labels on the breakfast cakes/desserts with the ingredients).
The food was quite good but not special in our opinion; the portions were adequate, not generous.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but not excellent (based on our experiences and tastes).
28/12/2025: Beautiful, family-run hotel, excellent management, very friendly staff, excellent food.
As in previous years, we will return.
