We stayed there years ago and it was wonderful, very well located but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Impeccable service and wonderful rooms.

Great hotels in the center of Florence. All world charm all around. The hotel is a true 5 star hotel. Service is impecable. Kudos to Sarah at the front desk and all the staff at breakfast. Florence was a memorable experience and this hotel was part of it.

Perfect location & very friendly staff

We stayed in the hotel's Bristol Suite. The room is clean and tastefully decorated. The bedding is comfortable. Room service is excellent, with nightly room service that prepares your bedtime, which is much appreciated. Valet parking, porter, and porter are all on hand. We have absolutely nothing to do; they take care of everything. The staff is friendly, and some also speak French (a big plus when you're not good at the language). The breakfast buffet is comprehensive and very good. The hotel is perfectly located in the historic center of Florence. Just step outside the door and everything is nearby. We loved it, and if we return to Florence, this is the hotel we'll stay at. Thank you to the entire team for your welcome and professionalism.

Therefore, booking in advance is recommended to ensure you can enjoy the exclusive treatments and the stylish wellness area. Overall, the stay at the Helvetia & Bristol was simply fantastic – a perfect blend of luxury, service, style, and location.
