Excellent, qualified and professional staff. We went for breakfast and tried the breakfast selection by Iginio Massari and it was truly exceptional at an overall affordable price. The positive note is their attention to detail, well-kept place, what can I say? Top breakfast in Florence. Thank you

The hotel is beautiful and set in the center of Florence. The staff are amazing, food and drinks are amazing and the Spa is one of a kind! First class all the way. I would definitely recommend staying here for the ultimate European experience! A++++

We stayed here for 3 nights while we were visiting Florence for a friends wedding. The hotel was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. We arrived before 3 hoping our room would be ready and it was. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful with whatever you may need. They made us dinner reservations one evening and were happy to answer any questions we had. The location of the hotel is excellent, as many of the things you would like to see are just a short walk either left or right out of the hotel. The room was incredibly clean and well stocked. After long days of walking we were eager to return to our room and relax, and it was the perfect place to do so. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

27/06/2025: excellent food, varied and abundant appetizers, very good pizzas, welcoming environment and kind and helpful staff, good prices, but the TOP is the artisanal ice cream made by them, it is something truly exceptional, we will definitely return.
04/05/2025: Excellent restaurant, you eat well and you pay the right price. I recommend it. I returned for another family event and we were amazed by the quantity of food and the quality. Great selection of both land and sea starters. We were already full. The trovcoli with seafood and fried fish were also excellent. Very fresh fish. Friendliness and kindness on the part of the owners and waiters. Really satisfied. Highly recommended.
