Best hotel in Florence. What a gorgeous hotel with amazing service in the heart of Florence. We were given the family room, a two story suite like room. It was amazing, beautiful and so comfortable. This is a terrific hotel with a very cool spa, the people were terrific and really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. The door men were awesome helping with luggage, taxis, advice on restaurants. Overall 5++ this is certainly the best hotel in Florence.

There’s a spa inside that takes walk-ins (here during low-tourist season, December): had everything I needed to recover from pain from travel. Gentleman at the door very kindly ushered me to the right place (on another floor, not the lobby of the hotel). Sauna, steam room, baths, salt room, etc. - built on historic Roman architecture that adds a touch of timelessness to the modern amenities.

Everything was perfect in this hotel, absolutely nothing to complain about. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and everything was done to please us. Flowers, cakes, wine and free entry to the SPA. The attentive staff polite caring respectful. An impeccably clean room and evening service with carpet slippers drawn curtains subdued lights changed towels and remade bed...I've never seen anything like it!
