Really top restaurant! Beautiful and cozy atmosphere. And our waitress really made our evening. Very friendly and attentive! My burger was a bit too raw at the beginning... it wasn't a problem at all. After consulting, I immediately got a new one 5 minutes later, even though the restaurant was packed. All in all, highly recommended. The pizzas are also amazing!

The gluten free pizza was really good! It had the right amount of mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. The pizza dough was good, not too crispy not too soft! I was very happy for being able to eat with my friends! I didn’t have any issues afterwards

Thursday evening without reservation. We had to wait about 20 minutes but it was absolutely worth it. We took a Margherita pizza and a 3 cime: very good, thin base and exquisite flavour. We waited a little for the pizzas (about 30 minutes) but we passed the wait by getting chicken and fries. The place is very nice and the friendliness is at home. I don't know the name but the Sicilian waiter was very kind, professional and nice. If you want to eat a real pizza in Trentino you have to come to Hans.

We waited over an hour for a table so it’s definitely a good idea to book ahead. Service was fantastic but we thought the pizza was just fine — the crowds do make sense for it being one of the better options to eat in town. Prices were fair!

Very pleasant pizzeria, beautiful interior and outdoor seating. An incredible selection of pizzas, you won't have time to read them all, I guess even 100 types. The prices are very good, incomparable with Cortina. They don't charge automatic tips which I also really appreciate. It's worth going here, we liked it.

Necessaria prenotazione, vale sicuramente la pena. Ottime fettuccine ai funghi e al ragù di selvaggina . Abbiamo chiuso con un tiramisù veramente buono ciò che ho apprezzato che non so se è stato n caso ma nella sala non c’erano bambini ma erano tutti nella sala accanto e ciò permette a gente anziane come noi di cenare in serenità

Top Top. Kann man nur jedem empfehlen der in der Nähe ist. Es empfiehlt sich zu reservieren den das Haus ist immer gut voll und dies zu Recht. So freundliches Personal schnell und mehrsprachig findet man selten. Top Service genauso wie die Speisen. Sehr gut eingerichtet mit Parkplatz vor der Tür.

10/07/2024: There are few times when you are sure that you will return to that place, this is one of those few times. Fascinating places and magical structure, positive sensations for the entire period of your stay. Refined foods with the products that the nature of the place offers. Courteous and always available staff. A destination for those seeking well-being and serenity.
01/07/2024: Was there with a group of 65 motorcycle enthusiasts from Friday to Monday. Actually, one can only speak of top performance in all respects: Service and staff: super friendly and top Room: Top - clean and spacious Food: great Location: outstanding Additionally: Items were accidentally booked into my room that I hadn't consumed (no wonder given the amount of people). I sent an email and it was refunded without any problems. Accommodation already booked for the next stop in South Tyrol!

27/08/2024: Everything was great, I would love to come back :) Beautiful rooms and perfect service.
29/07/2024: I would like to describe the summer holiday I had with my family in this Hotel which I define as wonderful (I have stayed in many!!) But Hotel Adler in Villabassa surpasses many. The family business is the result of experience and work which tends to improve more and more over time, the team that makes up the cuisine (superb) and the restaurant service is exceptional, a thought for the restaurant manager Stefano, the professional and connoisseur Sommelier (thanks for everything) , the rooms are beautiful, large and welcoming throughout, the swimming pool and the wellness area +++. Hotel offers all the activity solutions to always put the guest at ease. There is still a lot to say...we will return and I advise readers to discover it for themselves by going there. Greetings to Cristian and the whole family.
