Very good pizza, arrived a little late. I am writing this review to give you some advice: avoid responding aggressively to reviews. I understand that there may be frustration, but the responses are public and, in the eyes of customers, certain tones may seem unprofessional. Criticisms should be welcomed, because it is precisely from them that we can understand what to improve. Waiting two hours (it was not my case) is not normal, and the customer, honestly, does not care how much there is: if you cannot manage the orders, either hire more staff and improve the quality of the service, or avoid accepting more orders than you can handle. Making customers wait that long is disrespectful, and it is certainly not their fault. The pizza is good, but without an improvement in the relationship with the customer, unfortunately, it will be difficult to grow. And I would be sorry because the pizza deserves it. Remember that everything you write is public and will be read by everyone. When you reply to a review, count to ten, breathe and don't let your emotions guide you. I hope that this review, if read with the right spirit and not as an attack, can be helpful for the future and contribute to making you a 5/5/5 pizzeria. Really delicious home delivery pizza, tried several times. Rich in ingredients, tasty dough but above all the slice of pizza can be held in the hand. Always delivered on time. Friendly staff who were also available by telephone to clarify any doubts we had about the menu. I really recommend!

Hello everyone, I have the pleasure of writing to you having sat down in the Gusti Siciliani pizzeria, where I found a clean and very accurate environment and having eaten together with my colleagues a pizzolo and 5 pizzas, each more delicious than the other. Realizing the maximum quality they offer, I will soon organize myself to return because I left satisfied. I would like to thank Lorenzo, the owner I met, who, in addition to being professional, managed to advise us as much as possible on the choice of pizzas, an immense pleasure.

I ordered some pizzas for a card game at my house. I didn't know this pizzeria at all, I found their flyer in my hole and I must say that I was lucky to find it. The pizza arrived perfect, hot and delicious and I must say also on time, if not a few minutes early. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, you could already tell from their appearance. Not to mention the dough didn't give any type of heaviness. I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone looking for an exceptional takeaway pizzeria with excellent ingredients and great staff.
