13/11/2025: A charming and well-kept establishment, close to the highway, offering drinks both at the counter and at the indoor and outdoor tables. A wide selection of sweet and savory products, as well as small express meals. Good quality and flavor. Very friendly and professional staff.

05/11/2025: Intrigued by the Facebook ad, I hit the highway for breakfast in Carrara! From the full parking lot and the crowds coming and going, I can tell there's a lot of interest in this bistro. Interesting! Inside, there's a counter that starts with savory items, with large, richly filled focaccias, and ends with tempting sweet treats! Another very functional feature is the adjacent room with plenty of seating. What can I say...I almost drowned in the brioche filling!!! A 20-minute drive to repeat! Perhaps waiting for another branch closer. Is it worth it? Absolutely!
