The wholemeal and hemp dough are fabulous. I tasted "the pistachiosa which is more of a dessert or snack, but it depends on your tastes. However very delicate and tasty. My favorite is "Filippo il barbaro" to try with wholemeal dough! The type of pizza is Roman style (thin) I don't know if they also make Neapolitan style on request. However, it's worth trying. If you pass through Finale Emilia, Casumaro and Cento, stop by Ciringuito.
