Pizzeria Gli amiconi In Palermo

Last night I dined at this pizzeria for the first time. I was a little skeptical because the place didn't look very welcoming from the photos on social media... but I absolutely have to change my mind. The place is very simple but clean and tidy. The staff is very kind and welcoming. But, of course, all the attention goes to the pizza. I'm not a big fan of pizza, so for it to impress me, it has to be super good. And I can assure you, this one was! Delicious, super dough... top-quality ingredients. I complimented the pizza chef. We'll be back again with great pleasure ❤️ A wonderful discovery

Magnificent pizza, I truly believe one of the best in Palermo. We always order delivery and they're super punctual, and the pizza, as always, is amazing: soft, full of toppings, and easy to digest. Well done!

I'm giving three stars only for the kindness and deliciousness of the dishes. If these hadn't been there, I would have given one star. The place was empty and scorching hot. We asked if the air conditioning could be turned on, since all four of us, plus three children, were dying of heat. The owner said, "I won't turn it on or I'll freeze," and proceeded to open the windows. Despite this, it was scorching hot, and despite our repeated complaints about the heat and our fidgeting with our hands and other objects to cool us down, the owner didn't bother turning it on. Shame!!
