When you are on holiday like us for many years always near Noto you always try to go to places that make you feel at home but this time we decided to go to a Pizzeria that was closer to the rented house. What can I say? We recommend Stra, first of all we called to book for 4 people and a 3 month old puppy who don't accept everything. Upon our arrival, the staff were super attentive and kind, even with our puppy, who were quick to take the order.
Starting from the appetizer, excellent fried food, rich and tasty (not at all greasy).

Excellent pizzas, fast staff despite the numerous customers present. I advise you to book in advance, otherwise only the veranda will be free which unfortunately has neither air conditioning nor fans.
Excellent gluten-free pizza (gluten free) of which I attach the photo, but the normal pizzas are also delicious.

I think it's the best pizzeria in Avola: fast service, courteous staff (who made up for the lower number of pieces of camembert served compared to the number expected on the menu), pizzas with high-quality dough.
I will definitely return to try other flavors of pizza and the various fried foods

The pizza is excellent, it's a shame that the last time I took the one with raw meat and flakes which was really very salty..., otherwise they make really good and plentiful dishes, the air conditioning definitely needs to be improved because in summer you can't hear it. It's absolutely very hot inside. I advise

La fuori binario è buonissima, è la miglior pizza mai mangiata, personale veloce ed educato. Locale moderno e pulito. Costi per tutte le tasche .. che dire…. Spettacolare!!!

Da tanto non tornavamo al Fuori Binario e non c'è alcun dubbio che la qualità e l'attenzione verso la materia prima siano migliorate .
Provato l'impasto integrale e mi è piaciuto molto.
Personale disponibile e amichevole, ci ha servito in maniera impeccabile nonostante fosse sabato e la confusione fosse dilagante.
Prezzo onesto.
Davvero una piacevole serata!
