Absolutely excellent restaurant. The staff is really very nice, great sense of service, despite the crowds all day long. They make everything: pasta, pizza, salads, coffee, cakes etc... And yet everything is delicious! And pet friendly

The place is welcoming and the food is good. The staff is stressed, there are a lot of people and they are unable to provide quality service. I think there is a need for more staff, at least during peak hours. Not a pleasant experience, you have to make an effort to get served.

Excellent kosher restaurant!! Delicious authentic Italian food. There were lots of options that looked delicious, and in the end we ordered both - lasagna, gnocchi, pasta, pizza and more. Everything was delicious and aesthetic, and the price was also very reasonable. There is also an excellent bakery. Highly recommended even though it is a bit far from the center

I've been to Rome a few times and ate out in all the restaurants. I can tell you with certainty this is the best kosher food in Rome.

Nice place, very well furnished, Nordic, warm. Pastries and gastronomy well above average. Excellent yeasts, puff pastry pizzas that are worth the trip. Wide kosher offer. Wines selected with insight and offered with more than civil mark-ups. Reasonable prices in general. Staff itself evidently capable BUT stuck in extremely - extremely service processes! - disorganized. Everyone does everything. Three out of just one historic customer who ordered a ton of take away and none for the other fifteen occasional customers who would like to have breakfast and are treated like an obstacle: because they are.
You don't know where to stand in line. Two tills facing each other, one self-service and one served, one perhaps open, the other perhaps as well or perhaps not, it depends. If the cash register is closed, the counter clerk who is serving the historic customer and the fifteen desperate people asking for a cappuccino now also has to connect to the POS and give you the receipt. Around: trays upon trays upon trays, eighty centimeters between the counter and the first line of tables, baking trolleys that pass from one side to the other, making everyone move.
Outcome: customers who end up fighting in a desperate attempt to get some attention - which perhaps they will finally get, irritated and annoyed, even ten or fifteen minutes after they enter.
At that point you may eat very well but it doesn't matter, because you're very busy and when you're very busy you eat badly even at Bottura's. Sin.
