It offers convenient parking, a nice outdoor pool, and a solid breakfast to start the day. The location is excellent: just a short walk from the wide sandy beach and right next to the beautiful promenade filled with shops, cafés, and evening walks. Overall, it’s a good choice for travelers looking for a classic Jesolo experience with everything close at hand. Definitely a place worth returning to.

21/09/2025: Friendly staff, both the gentleman who may be the owner and the lady we met in the evening. The rooms are a little dated, but the kindness of the staff makes up for it. There's a small, but clean and quiet pool, and it's within walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets. Private covered parking is available. We'll be back.
