We sat down for dinner before a train departure. After we ordered, the train caught up, and we preferred to ask for takeout rather than serving. They were extremely honest and understanding, as even though we had already consumed our drinks, they didn't charge us a cover charge. The pizza was delicious.

We walked into this pizzeria asking for service as quickly as possible because we were in a hurry. The pizzas arrived promptly, and the high quality made it a fantastic experience. Truly excellent and easy to digest. I highly recommend it.

We picked up pizza to eat at our accommodation. It was truly excellent, as we've seen in some reviews. It was undoubtedly the best so far. It's worth trying if you're in Pisa.

This pizzeria is near Pisa Airport. We stopped in for dinner on our way back from vacation. We ate inside. There aren't many tables inside, but there are more tables outside on the street. The menu is digital, requiring you to scan a QR code. To order, you have to press a button on the remote control on the table. We had an appetizer of prosciutto crudo and fried pasta, which was very good and plentiful. Then we moved on to the pizzas: Fratelli d'Auria, Viaggio in Sicilia, Contaminazioni, and a Diavola with Gorgonzola. The dough is thick on the edges and very thin in the center. I have to say, I liked it, and the toppings were also very good. The place is nice. Unfortunately, I prefer a classic pizza to the trendy gourmet pizzas. The prices are very high, even considering the ingredients. Pizzas at €17 are exaggerated, a Diavola with Gorgonzola is €13. I can understand the work that goes into it, but even at €10, I think it's too expensive. For four pizzas, an appetizer, a beer, a Mole Cola, and a water, we spent almost 100 euros—I repeat, very high in my opinion. During service, we witnessed an unpleasant incident: a clerk made a mistake and charged a customer twice (I didn't quite understand the dynamic). Immediately afterward, the owner (I think) scolded her and embarrassed her in front of everyone.

Just steps from Pisa Airport, the Fratelli D'Auria pizzeria is an ideal stop for those traveling or simply passing through the area. The location is strategic, but what really stands out is the exceptional quality of the cuisine.
The pizza is authentic Neapolitan style, with a light, well-leavened dough and top-quality ingredients. I ordered the marinara, my favorite, and was thrilled: the tomato sauce was intense, fragrant, and flavorful, a sign of carefully selected ingredients.
The appetizers also exceeded expectations: the fried zucchini blossom was crispy, dry, and perfectly fried; the eggplant meatball, despite its simplicity, was flavorful and well-balanced. To complete the experience, a refreshing, fragrant, and truly excellent Amar Corde Blanche craft beer.
The only downside is the outdoor seating area, which in the summer overlooks some buildings and takes away a bit of the atmosphere. The interior, though small, is well-maintained and better reflects the quality of the restaurant. The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and friendly.
In short, a high-quality pizzeria, perfect for those seeking authenticity, excellent ingredients, and a pizza that respects Neapolitan tradition.

Truly excellent gluten-free pizza, there are very few like it around here!! Attentive and fast service. The atmosphere could be improved, especially the main dining area. Still, it's a great place to go for gluten-free in the city!! Highly recommended!

A truly interesting pizzeria, distinguished by its loyalty to Neapolitan tradition and careful selection of ingredients. The pizzas are made with well-leavened Neapolitan dough, soft in the center and with a high, crispy crust. The flavors are varied, well-balanced, and rich in flavor, with carefully chosen combinations.
The panuozzi also deserve a special mention: tasty, well-filled, and in keeping with the overall quality of the food.
The layout of the restaurant is well-thought out, with the option of choosing between indoor and outdoor seating. In the winter, the outdoor area is covered and heated with a hood, making it comfortable even in the coldest months.
The service is fast, polite, and friendly, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. The location is easily accessible and suitable for both informal dinners with friends and quieter evenings.
A recommended stop for lovers of authentic Neapolitan pizza and authentic flavors.
