Very easy but nice place. Neapolitan pizza, in my opinion very good.

Such a vivid little find. Would've never found it if I didn't decide to walk to town. The atmosphere was electric. It must be where all the locals went because it was absolutely packed. And for good reason!
The twice cooked pizza was so unique and special and is a must try. A creative twist on the original. Crispy but still maintains that core Italian flavour.
The classics were amazing too you just can't go wrong. Somehow they managed to get the flavours so pure and so simple.
What was incredibly surprising was the BÁBÁ dessert. Something that's special to the region! Took me completely off guard and is a must try.
Definitely worth getting off into the beaten track to get to this place. It's so underrated

In my opinion, Fratelli D'Auria's pizza is undoubtedly the best in Pisa. The dough is amazing, light and fragrant, while the ingredients are of a quality that is noticeable at the first bite. There is no comparison with the other pizzerias in the city, where the culinary level is often quite low.
It must be said that the prices are a little high, especially considering that pizza is traditionally a "poor" meal. However, it is clear that here you pay for quality, and in a city like Pisa, where the competition is not particularly fierce, the value of such a good pizza justifies the cost.
If you are looking for a truly excellent pizza and are willing to spend a little more, Fratelli D'Auria is a choice that will not disappoint you

I'm quite picky when it comes to pizza; I love the Neapolitan one and for me this is the best in Pisa (and beyond). Some pizzas are always on the menu, then there are the delicious pizzas of the month which change depending on the season. The steamed pizza is very special. The owners were very good at making a somewhat "sacrificed" location welcoming. Normal prices for a gourmet pizza that isn't cheap at all. Highly recommended!

We made a reservation on Saturday morning for a table of four that same evening. The reservation was confirmed immediately, but without specifying where we would be accommodated. Not knowing the place, we didn't think to ask. Once we arrived, however, they made us sit in an external room at the back, which was decidedly not very welcoming: a sort of veranda between the garages, about 50 meters away from the main entrance. It was cold, visually unpleasant and without toilets.
There were heat diffusers on the ceiling, but at the end of November they were not enough to heat the room, and it was very cold. Many were cloaked.
To go to the bathroom you have to go back to the main room, where there is a single bathroom for men and women, with a long queue near the internal tables and near the cash register, a real chaos.
The pizza arrived quickly, less than ten minutes after ordering, and it was good. That said, the prices seemed a little high compared to everything else. Margherita 7 euros, gourmet/contemporary pizzas from 12 to 25 euros.
In summary, the quality of the pizza is not bad, but the environment and organisation, especially in winter, leave a lot to be desired.

Very small place, few tables but nice, friendly staff, the menu has a QR code (I don't like it at all), the Naples style pizzas but I found it a little too thin and too edged, many varieties of dough and pizzas (panuozzi, fried pizzas) but decidedly high prices.

Excellent pizza! Very small place, but the only flaw is the confusing app menu
