Pizzeria Fratelli D'Auria In Pisa

If you've come to Pisa to have a piece of pizza, then this is the place. Well away from the tourist areas, so mainly frequented by the locals. The food is amazing and genuinely the best pizza I've ever had. Reasonably priced and excellent service. Bravo.

Very warm welcome. There were 5 of us arriving without reservation, a table was set up for us straight away, even adding an extension. The service was perfect and the pizzas were very good. I recommend without problem.

A pizza I've never eaten before, superrrr, we are from Cremona we dream of a pizza like this, tasty and soft, I have no words to describe this wonderful pizzeria. Truly congratulations to this wonderful staff, thank you very much ❤️

Excellent pizza , fast service and great value

In Pisa... near the airport in one of the secondary streets we find this pizzeria from Campania, if I'm not mistaken, really not bad. It offers various types of good double-cooked pizza. Also mixed tastings with focaccias and appetizers included. The restaurant is small and well furnished, with fast service, and innovative with the call to the waiter's table with an electronic system that will allow you to call him when you are ready to order. Good pizza, the crispy ones cooked twice, fried and then baked, are truly excellent in taste. Not bad prices and not bad desserts either. Parking on the street. I'll post photos of what we took so you get an idea. Advised.

Such a vivid little find. Would've never found it if I didn't decide to walk to town. The atmosphere was electric. It must be where all the locals went because it was absolutely packed. And for good reason! The twice cooked pizza was so unique and special and is a must try. A creative twist on the original. Crispy but still maintains that core Italian flavour. The classics were amazing too you just can't go wrong. Somehow they managed to get the flavours so pure and so simple. What was incredibly surprising was the BÁBÁ dessert. Something that's special to the region! Took me completely off guard and is a must try. Definitely worth getting off into the beaten track to get to this place. It's so underrated.
