Good pizzeria with a wide selection of pizzas. It's a shame that you have to enter in shifts and there's no efficient ventilation. You always leave with your clothes smelling of two days of food.

A beautiful pizzeria with very professional and attentive staff. The quality of the dough was excellent, both for the multigrain and classic versions. The ingredients are top-quality, and the best part is that each pizza comes with a matching cocktail or beer. Highly recommended!

A place where you can understand that pizza is an exact science. The owner is a master pizza chef who has achieved international recognition, and for me, as a young pizza enthusiast, tasting his products was an honor. At the Maestro's recommendation, I tasted the two signature dishes that have won him several world titles: first, the special dough, which is made from a blend of many flours, including many whole grains and bran, which give the product its aroma, flavor, and color. On the palate, I perceived a very pleasant, herbaceous flavor that reminded me of the scents of the hilly regions. This dough therefore took me on a journey, but also a play on the senses, including touch and hearing, because inside the crust, I found a fine, flaky crust enclosed by a crispy, beautifully colored layer (perfect management of the sugars during fermentation and baking). So, a special dough. The other specialty I tried was the gluten-free pizza. I'm having a hard time expressing myself in such a technical way here, as I still have to study the world of gluten-free pizza. However, I can say that I was surprised by the crust's development, despite the flours used not containing the gliadin-glutenin protein complex. The flavor was also interesting and the senses were satisfied. The product is made with a blend of many gluten-free flours, also developed by the Maestro. I was fascinated. A celiac can enjoy an excellent pizza in a very safe environment, thanks to the separate sections. The toppings are numerous and of excellent quality, especially the tomato. I thank and compliment both the Maestro and the other pizza chefs, as well as the waiters, always smiling and welcoming.
An honor, go visit them.

The pizza is very good, both gluten-free and by the meter, as well as with regular dough. I've tried all three and I have to say they're all excellent. The atmosphere is quiet, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients. I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent pizzeria.
They have different types of dough, including a gluten-free option. I had the regular dough pizza, and it was very light.

I went to this pizzeria last night with my family. I wanted to say a few words of thanks for the service: the staff is fantastic, super welcoming, and they immediately put you at ease. It's not often I find places that are so friendly and relaxed, so when I do, I prefer to leave a review because it's important to get a sense of where you're going to eat.
Vincenzo in particular is so customer-focused, so much so that my dad completely trusted him! Superb!!
