We first stayed at this small but charming hotel 15 years ago and have now returned. Everything has been renovated since then, but it hasn't lost any of its charm. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast and the half-board we booked were excellent! The staff are all warm and welcoming. The hotel is very well connected to public transport, and since it was already very hot in the city center at the end of May, we found it very pleasant to stay a little further out, yet still not isolated. We especially enjoyed being able to experience "Italian life," as the attached bar is a popular meeting place for locals to grab a quick breakfast or a snack. We would love to come back again!

Great hotel for visiting Florence. A major plus is the parking and tram stop just 200 meters away, so no stress about restricted zones or parking. The icing on the cake is the exceptional fish restaurant with a set lunch menu in addition to the regular menu. Friendly and welcoming staff... If we return to Florence, we will definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located in the Ponte a Greve area without spending a fortune. Parking available. Renovated rooms and bathrooms. Good breakfast.

Calm location with beautiful view towards Florence hills, especially from the top floor. Very helpful and kind staff, clean rooms and a peaceful place to stay for a reasonable price. Conveniantly near the tramway to the old part of Florence.

Excellent hotel in its category. The breakfast was very attentive. The staff was very helpful, daily cleaning. The location is very convenient, with the tram stop at 250 meters and routes every 15 minutes for access to the center of Florence.

We had a wonderful holiday there. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were furnished with everything you need and very clean. Breakfast was perfectly fine, and the coffee was freshly brewed every single cup. The hotel is wonderfully located near the tram stop, and you can reach the city center quickly. What I would particularly like to highlight is the attached restaurant, Annare. The food was simply divine. Whether in the hotel or the restaurant, the staff was incredibly warm and friendly. We felt like part of a family during this short break. Many thanks to the amazing team! And we will definitely be back again! 💕💕💕💕

The room was okay. It could use a renovation, but it was alright. Service at breakfast could be a bit better. The staff, however, were very friendly! The location is a bit out of the way, but easily accessible by tram with a short walk.

A little extra care wouldn't hurt; we had a broken toilet seat. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The hotel isn't right in the city center, but it's well located. It's a 5-minute walk from the tram that takes you to the city center, the train station, and the airport. It's very quiet.

I can’t believe how wonderful our stay was! Best Hotel staff in all of Italy! Owner absolutely amazing! 10/10 recommend
