Pizzeria Fiammè In Roma

We had dinner served by Gennaro! He was incredibly kind and friendly, not to mention the pizza, the best in Rome! Ask for him when you go, and the quality/price ratio is incredible.

Very nice atmosphere. The staff was a bit know-it-all (I'm referring to the waiter who served us, who was an expert on gluten-free). We ordered pasta frittatas with and without gluten: the gluten ones were too greasy and cold inside, in fact, they arrived within a minute of ordering. The gluten-free pizza was good, but neither good nor bad; the dough wasn't as light as other pizzerias that serve gluten-free pizza. My husband and our friends had the gluten-free Genovese: the Genovese sauce, which should actually be creamy given how cooked it is, contained enormous chunks of meat. What was passed off as Agerola provola was actually scamorza (and our friend, who is Neapolitan, immediately noticed the difference). The Delizia al limone (gluten-free) was good. Overall, we felt cheated, because they pretend to be experts in Neapolitan cuisine, but in the end, it doesn't seem that way... Also, one thing we didn't appreciate at all was that the gluten-free dishes arrived much earlier than the gluten-free ones. In fact, when my friends had finished eating, I still hadn't received mine. And honestly, that's not very nice. I don't think we'll be back.

Delicious gluten-free pizza, free from contamination!!! Beautiful decor and large, comfortable tables. Friendly staff. I recommend it for celiacs.

The pizza was delicious, one of the best I've ever had. Gennaro, the friendliest waiter, greeted us warmly and made us smile a few times... highly recommended.

We stumbled upon this place by chance, but it was a pleasant surprise. Both the pizza and the fried foods were really good, and everything was accompanied by Gennaro's delightful service, which was always very helpful. I recommend it!!!
