Clean restaurant, very nice and well-kept environment. Maia is a very good cook. Its dishes are well represented, made with quality products and are very tasty. Honest prices. If you want to do something special you are in the right place because you can taste Georgian dishes paired with Georgian wines. I tell you as a Georgian that they are really good and made properly. Many thanks for a wonderful evening.

This evening we ate a Georgian tasting, given the origins of the cook, wife and partner of the owner and it was a pleasant experience, very very good. Absolutely worth trying.

Last night I had dinner in this nice little place that I already knew but hadn't frequented for a few years... I ate a magnificent plate of raw seafood as a starter, with fresh and delicious fish and shellfish and as a second course some cuttlefish with cream of peas, excellently cooked! At the end, a crunchy puff pastry with sublime Chantilly cream!! The young waiter was a little inexperienced...but supported by the owner... Dinner to my liking and honest price so I congratulate Mia and Federico thank you! Advise!!!

Really great food, even Georgian. I really liked everything. Nice owners. Service a little slow. The external terrace should be enhanced more, in my opinion

Yesterday we discovered this restaurant. Don't let the outside fool you, there's a real gem behind it! The staff is not only super friendly, but also speaks Italian, English, German and Russian, which is really very practical. The atmosphere is very cozy and the tables are lovingly set. As a little extra, there is a greeting from the kitchen, and all dishes are homemade and incredibly delicious. The prices are also fair - all in all a top package! We'll definitely be back!

Trattoria that elegantly pampers you. You eat in a clean and good way, you let yourself be pampered by strong but delicate flavours, well-defined cooking methods. Delicate and firm tordelli, good and not at all cloying duck, good and correct cut, melting goulach. The delicate and well-structured dessert. What can I tell you, highly recommended ☺️

30/08/2024: I was in Carpino again as a guest with my friends in the Braceria of Guiseppe. Our choice fell on the menu, which is offered in 3 different sizes. As before, it was of outstanding quality and showcased the diversity of what was on offer. The appetizer plate alone was a composition of various delicacies that Guiseppe also offers to his customers in his Macelleria. The main course was a journey through the world of meat lovers and was prepared in two different ways. Connoisseurs of local products get their money's worth here. The freshness of the components leaves nothing to be desired. You simply have to experience it because it can hardly be described in words. The food is served both in an air-conditioned dining room and on a covered terrace in front of the house. The exquisite selection of wines and the richness of the menu can only be described as remarkable. Never had any of my friends been disappointed by their visit to Guiseppe. A compliment to the entire service team, who always appeared calm and friendly even as the number of visitors increased. Almost every wish was fulfilled promptly. My conclusion: This was definitely not my last visit with Guiseppe and his team.
25/08/2024: excellent cuisine, exceptional meat... excellent staff, they make you feel at home.......I took a cut and it was really special, I recommend trying it
