A small place with a bit of greenery amidst the concrete of Cesena. The pizza is extremely good, and the service even better.

20/06/2026: I stopped in for lunch, ordered a main course and a side dish, and was charged full price for the daily menu. The cutlet was very undercooked and covered in oil. Perhaps because the workload was so high.
02/05/2026: La Rosa dei Venti is always a great choice, whether you prefer meat or fish. The portions are generous, and everything is delicious. It's perfect for both couples and large groups. The price is moderate. I recommend it!

09/07/2026: Excellent restaurant and excellent pizzeria. I will return with other friends. I didn't take photos of the dishes but the fish was excellent.
