Pizzeria Ercole In Pietra ligure

Excellent pizza, well-cooked, with simple but very tasty ingredients. The atmosphere is casual (no table service), but the staff is friendly and attentive. Reasonably priced, I highly recommend it.

Delicious food, friendly service—a pure Italian atmosphere! Reasonable prices!

A simple pizzeria, as you'd imagine in Italy. There's an order and pick-up counter, and the tables are set up under umbrellas in front of the building. The menu is displayed on the tables, and you order at the counter. The food is incredibly delicious and even reasonably priced. You simply have to try it. Since it's a self-service option, the service rating is difficult to assess. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is top-notch!

We were here in September 2025; the weather was nice, and being outside was a pleasure. We ate Fugassin and two pizzas. The place is very popular, especially with locals. There's no indoor seating, and the tables are set out on the square in front of the place. Drinks can be taken directly from the fridge. You're served upon request when the food is ready. The Fugassin was good, and the pizzas were average. When a Fugassin fell onto the display between the people and the fryer, and the display wasn't exactly clean (you put your hands and money on it, etc.), the waiter promptly replaced it for us, even putting the dropped Fugassin back among the freshly made ones :D During the night, I woke up and had to get out of bed to get a drink. Perhaps the dough hadn't risen properly (or was too salty, they tell me, but I don't remember noticing that it was too salty).

Make the pizza with fresh mushrooms and it gets 5 stars 🤗

Fugassin is delicious and can be paired with both savoury and sweet dishes.
