Good place on the edge of the old town. Quite good pizza but expensive (14 euro pizza with fried octopus). The service is non-existent. 45 minute wait for pizza. The staff is overwhelmed because there are too many people I think. Good pizza but very greasy with the fried octopus it was disgusting

This place is very good ! They have amazing Food that feels home made and authentic . The place it seemed like it was more for the locals and it was nice. The prices were small for that amazing food , we paid 24 € for 2 plates of pasta , 2 deserts and 2 drinks .

Very tasty capricioza extra pizza. Lots of toppings and super thin dough. Risotto with seafood in a different style than we usually eat. (Too liquid). Apparently this is a local culinary tradition. The time to take over the order and deliver the meals is very short. The waitress was nice and smiling even though we were quite late. Average prices. I recommend.

We visited the restaurant at 22:00. The atmosphere outside was excellent. Let us now focus on the subject of the culinary experience. I must note that the glasses in the restaurant were plastic, which detracts from the aesthetics and quality of the experience. We ordered a Margherita pizza and Trofie al Pesto pasta. The pasta took 23 minutes to be served. They were tasty, but a bit tough. The pizza came in 25 minutes. It was very good, although it had a bit more oil than it should have. The waiting time for the food to arrive was moderate, neither excessive nor insufficient, although usually the dishes are served faster. Finally, as for the staff, they were extremely polite and helpful. Overall, the restaurant experience was average.
Things the restaurant can do to improve are:
1.Replacing plastic cups: The use of glass or ceramic cups will improve the aesthetics and quality of the customer experience.
2. Improvement in the preparation of the pasta: The preparation of the pasta must be done with more care so that it is al dente, i.e. neither too hard nor too soft.
3.Adjusting the amount of oil on the pizza: Make sure the amount of oil used is balanced so that the pizza is not too greasy.
4.Service times: Although the waiting time was considered moderate, it would be useful to review the service process to reduce the preparation time if this is possible without sacrificing the quality of the dishes.
5.Confirm staff quality: Continue to invest in staff training to maintain high service quality, as this was one of the strengths highlighted.

A place with very rocky food, very close to the historic center of Bari, we were in a hurry and they served us super fast, highly recommended.

Unfortunately, like almost everywhere, the waiter and basically no one spoke English. The food was not that good. Pizzas are typically Italian, but we waited 30- 40 minutes for one pizza, and they had only 3 tables with people. Disappointing!

Delicious Aperol Spritz and white wine to start our meal. Carbonara was perfectly cooked and melded with egg!! Lasagna was delicious but not *quite* hot enough…..not enough to knock off a point. Would return.
