05/12/2024: Gabriela and family run an excellent mountain refuge of a restaurant. The service is really friendly and the food is very, very tasty. I am a vegetarian, and this is a restaurant famous all over the region for their special meat-based dishes. Despite this fact, my request for lacto-ovo vegetarian food was superbly fulfilled with understanding, an ever-present smile and a tasty spread. The pickled vegetables, the pumpkin-filled pasta, the cheese- filled pasta, the salad, the polenta, the bread rolls, the digestivo … all this for €50 for two guests! The young man Isaac (jokes that he is “Isaac Newton”!) took over the operation of the restaurant and is doing a great job with the support of his parents and a hard-working, committed team, everyone obviously loves what they do and how they do it. I am grateful to my friend Davide Borghi for taking me to such a lovely place and giving me this great experience.
