Pizzeria Due Torri In Rovigo

Perhaps an unlucky day: the service was rather slow and the first course wasn't very tasty; the raw appetizer was better. There was a musty smell in the place. The price was a bit high.

I've been going to this pizzeria since I was a child, and my friends, my partner, and I are now very loyal. The pizzas are exceptional, well-leavened, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The change in management hasn't affected the quality or the friendly service in the slightest. The half-meter offer is interesting, allowing you to try three flavors in one go at a price that's absolutely right for the offering. If you go, don't forget the excellent desserts. In Rovigo, LA pizza is at Due Torri/51B. EDIT: I'm sorry to report that wait times have been dramatically increasing for some time now. Good organization and good service also mean not making customers wait interminably long. But what's most disappointing is receiving a reply from a rude waiter who, instead of inquiring after a fifty-minute wait (because the wait time is counted from the moment you walk in, given that it took quite a while even to get to the time to order), arrogantly retorts that only 27 minutes had passed since your order. When choosing this pizzeria, consider that you'll eat very well, but it'll be difficult to know exactly when. REPLY: What annoyed me most was the waiter's tone, which you obviously defend by turning the tables on the friendliness of the customer rather than admitting that you were really very late (since the 27 minutes ended up being much longer, even counting it as you say, it was almost an hour between my request and the actual service). Furthermore, my review refers not only to the latest episode, but to several other times when I've waited a long time, so there's little point in specifying the time and day. While it's impossible to prove who's right behind a keyboard, I agree with you here. I hope you continue to have many customers who can independently judge the times, knowing they haven't written anything that differs from reality.

Thank you for the warm welcome, the good food, and the wait time, which made me feel good. I want to contradict those who always complain about wait times, quality, excessive prices, service, etc. I arrived at 12:50 and left at 1:25 after drinking my coffee. How much did I spend? I think it was a fair €21.90. The steak (accompanied by a side of baked potatoes) was plentiful and very good, as were the greens I had as a first course. The water was served in a glass bottle. The table service (free!!!) also included a cloth napkin. Guys, that's a YES!

Authentic Neapolitan pizza in the center of Rovigo. Excellent food and super friendly staff. Highly recommended!
