New Year's Day... a day in Loano for the fireworks and we tried the restaurant for inspiration: excellent choice! 👍👏

We went for lunch for the first time on Christmas Eve. The setting was bright and practically on the seafront, with large windows and fresh, modern decor. The waiter, very kind and friendly, but also very professional and knowledgeable, was truly excellent. Appetizers: truly special mussels, and one of the best tuna tartares I've ever eaten, made with excellent ingredients and barely handled! For the first course, a lovely risotto with lemon, powdered Taggiasca olives, and calamari. Delicious, everything perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection. For my wife, paccheri with fresh tuna and olive ragù, also very good. The second course was just perfect... Desserts for every taste. The price was right for the experience and the quality of the dishes. We'll definitely be back, and let's just say try lots of other dishes. Very good!
