Pizzeria Dionysos Domenico Desimone In Capaccio

Siamo stati da Dionysos a pranzo, prima della visita al parco archeologico di Paestum, abbiamo mangiato nel dehor climatizzato del ristorante. Cucina tradizionale contadina di squisità bontà. I cannelloni di mia moglie erano qualcosa di incredibile. Ottimi. Domenico proprietario simpatico e attento, dimostra tutta la passione in quello che fa e soprattutto l'amore per le sue tradizioni e per il suo territorio. Abbiamo deciso di tornarci anche per la cena e provare la pizza cilentana. Pizza con il guanciale super. Decisione azzeccatissima. Abbiamo conosciuto clienti che si fanno più di 40 km solo per mangiare quì e una coppia di Napoli che appena può viene per la pizza. Ringrazio Donenico e Dionisa per la bella esperienza e un in bocca al lupo per il futuro.

The location is simple but cared for, the owner's welcome was excellent, he passionately showed us the Cilento cuisine dishes he offers following the memories of his grandmother's cooking. We ate grandma's meatballs and two first courses, one spaghetti with mackerel caponata and one maltagliati with chickpeas and crusco tomato, really tasty!!! We finished with the delicious fig cake. La location é piuttosto spartana e i prezzi sono da ristorante. Mi sono recato in questa trattoria spinto dalle recensioni positive. In realtà sono rimasto un po deluso sia dai prezzi (piuttosto altini per un locale che propone in sostanza piatti poveri ( i prezzi delle polpette e delle patate ma anche dei primi credo siano alti) Discreta la pasta con i funghi e buono l'antipasto, forse l'unico con un prezzo adeguato alla portata e alla quantità e qualità dei prodotti serviti Servizio un po' lento e come detto prezzi alti considerato che per la.maggior parte si tratta di piatti "poveri" della tradizione realizzati con materie prime poco costose anche se sembrano essere di buona qualità.

There were 10 of us and quite noisy too. Family welcome that makes you immediately feel at home or with a lifelong friend. We ate everything in the Cilento and local tradition with a touch of grandmother's cooking. Rich starter and excellent quality products. The first course (zita al ragù) and the peasant pizza are excellent. Truly wonderful owner and wife

Tasty food specific to the area. Friendly staff who knew how to recommend dishes for vegetarians. A good place to eat.
