I'd like to highlight the excellent service I received during my visit to your pizzeria. One server in particular, a bearded man, was extremely attentive, welcoming, and pleasant. His professionalism and kindness truly marked my evening.
I highly recommend this pizzeria without hesitation! Not only are the prices very reasonable, but the pizzas are also delicious. The service was excellent, with servers (ours was dark-haired and bearded) who never hesitate to go out of their way to satisfy customers, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Thank you for a wonderful evening. It was a real pleasure visiting you, and I will be back!

We, residents of Dorgali, have been going to this pizzeria for many years, often with friends. Unfortunately, the pizza isn't as good as it used to be.
The place is attractive, and they're constantly expanding, which suggests good business.
The service is super friendly and courteous.
What bothers us, however, is the owner. He doesn't feel the need to greet his customers, neither when he's walking through the restaurant nor when he's standing right in front of them. He didn't even return my greeting. Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but the customers are funding the owner's expansions and cars. They'll probably make another restaurant their regular haunt.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Pizzeria Dimitri, right in the heart of Dorgali. The pizza was perfect, the cheese ravioli in tomato sauce felt fresh and comforting, and the carbonara pasta was creamy and perfectly seasoned. A warm atmosphere, friendly service, and truly memorable dishes — highly recommended! 🍕🍝🇮🇹

Civic Restaurant, also owned by Dimitri, has a very nice terrace. The staff is very attentive, and the pizzas are delicious. Although they have a fairly varied menu, we opted for pizza and wanted to return, but it was our second-to-last day and we were a two-hour drive away. The staff speaks English without any problem. And the prices are reasonable.
