There is a constant flow of customers. Pizza is cooked upon ordering and the entire cooking process is made public. Pizza fresh from the hot oven needs no explanation. The staff is so focused on baking pizza that it may seem indifferent, but they are friendly. The pizza is thin and crispy and full of sauce and delicious grease. The most surprising thing is the low price. I would definitely like to visit again.

Perfect pizza. Thin dough, wonderful fresh ingredients, the pizza comes straight from the oven made of volcanic stones. A taste that makes you want to come back to Bari. This is one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.

Mimmo is the best. We went there 4 times in 9 days. The value is top notch. Pizzas have a nice crunch and the tomato sauce is perfect. Also very authentic as all the locals come there to grab a pizza or a panzerotti.
