Ideal for spending a fun evening with friends in front of huge fried or baked panzerotti! Honestly I preferred the fried one to the baked one, but to be on the safe side, take them and try them both! I will definitely be back...

On holiday in Bari (we from Catania) we had the pleasure of eating typical Apulian panzerotti and we chose Di Cosimo, as soon as we sat down the waitress advised us to try some typical food: fried polenta (good), potato croquettes (very good), we also ate pizza (excellent ingredients) then we tasted three types of phenomenal panzerotti. For flavor lovers I recommend the one with buffalo mozzarella and ventricina and with anduja and stracciatella. The service, despite being alone, was perfect. The environment must be cared for and enhanced.

Definitely 5 stars for the simple fact that it is a historic pizzeria in the city. Nothing to say about the panzerotti, well seasoned but raw on the inside, in fact we didn't eat one, next time I will be careful to reiterate well cooked, otherwise I recommend it

Service by Versace and Katia top! 😂 We had fun all evening and ate very well. Exquisite chops made to perfection!! Thin pizza and beautifully seasoned baked panzerotti. Even takeaway, the fried foods are phenomenal. Finally everything is back as good as it used to be. Compliments

02/06/2025: Lunch with a fixed menu, which includes an appetizer consisting of raw ham, mozzarella knots, a vegetable tartar, a piece of local cheese, a first course placed in the center of the table, consisting of a plate of orecchiette with sauce and another of cavatelli with aubergine sauce, the second course a type of roll filled with local cheese and onion sauce, tender but heavy and difficult to digest for me. Dessert, panna cotta mousse covered with melted chocolate, with a taste of local cherries. Quality price everything good, negative notes the lack of description of the ingredients nor of what we were served, then, perhaps because the room was full, the poor service. New clean and bright environment.

29/06/2025: Unfortunately we waited an hour and a half to eat the pizzas. A bit disappointing attempt to offer Neapolitan pizza since the dough was very rubbery and heavy. Really good French fries, shame you pay extra for each sauce requested. Friendly and quick waiters, pleasant atmosphere.
