Recommended by local people we decided to taste Di Cosimo's calzone and what can I say... as well as as the attached photo shows they are truly GIANT, they are well fried and also generously seasoned. I recommend eating it right now!

Historic neighborhood pizzeria well known by residents where you can watch the giant but delicious fried or baked panzerotto. It has always tasted the same and has never changed. As per tradition, the panzerotto should be eaten outside using the bonnet of the car and in the typical position bent forward with legs apart to prevent the molten lava from ending up on clothes or worse on the skin at risk of burns. For information, they also make pizzas and have an internal room. If you want to taste the real Barese panzerotto at excellent prices you have to go to Cosimo!!!

I come back often for the biggest and best panzerotto in Bari. I hope they do a graphic restyling and a renovation of the place to give more dignity to the true value left by Di Cosimo.

The thin crust pizza was quite tasty for Italy, I would say quite average, but the biggest minus was the lack of plates and cutlery, it was served in a cardboard box and the food was very bad, there are probably better places

29/07/2024: Sono ritornato in questo posto per un pranzo in famiglia dopo,una grande delusione vissuta l'anno scorso. Sembra che qualcosa da allora sia cambiato. Personale da migliorare, ottima cibo, soprattutto il risotto ai frutti di mare e i mezzi paccheri con gamberi e pistacchio. Mi fa piacere sapere che la qualità del cibo è migliorata. Per quanto riguarda il personale e il servizio, spero che possano prendere in considerazione il mio suggerimento per migliorare ulteriormente. Ci ritornerò
