24/04/2026: A typical restaurant where workers and truck drivers stop. The place is very large, yet very crowded. There's a bit of a wait for a table. The business menu includes a first course, second course, side dish, and drinks. All for €15. The quality of the dishes is a great surprise. Fresh pasta with seafood sauce, an absolutely delicious and plentiful seafood salad. Fried calamari is light and tender. Baked potatoes are beautifully browned and tasty...what more could you ask for? Now I understand the crowds. The food is AMAZING!

05/05/2026: Borlenghi di Silvano is always top-notch! Everything else is also good, a must-try for those looking for traditional dishes and a traditional atmosphere. The service is excellent, and the quality is fair.
27/04/2026: Post-gym outing this week. I give the place many compliments, which, despite the passing of time, manages to convey tradition and freshness. Compliments to the cuisine; everything was truly excellent.
