Pizzeria Del Viale 3.0 In Modena

I ordered takeout pizzas: great variety, fresh ingredients, and always cooked just right, never burned. The girls at the cash register were very quick and courteous.

It remains one of the few places where you can truly breathe the air of Naples. The dough, the filling, the shape, the flavors...you should also try it via Deliveroo. The fried appetizers have potential, but they're not yet at the level of the pizza.

I agree with what many customers have written. I knew that since it was a Sunday evening, I couldn't expect instant service, but I ordered at 8:18 PM and paid immediately, as requested by the restaurant. I asked how long I'd have to wait and was told 30-40 minutes. I accepted; it was fine. My pizza was delivered at 9:28 PM. I didn't complain so as not to cause further disruption. The pizza was excellent, as always, but perhaps the queue could be better managed, with a more realistic estimate of waiting times. In my case, it doubled after an already long wait. A single oven simply can't serve such a large customer base; perhaps a limit would be sufficient. I'll definitely be back because the pizza is excellent; but I hope the organization changes a bit... and I'll definitely avoid Sunday evenings.

So we booked the table for 8pm, sat down immediately but unfortunately after asking at 9.15pm they told us that there was still a 20 minute wait, two tables next to us had left, only to find out later that they had given priority to customers waiting for takeaway, so we started eating around 9.40pm the pizza arrived baked and baked so much so that the mozzarella was not stringy and obviously the drinks by then after an hour and forty minutes of waiting had more than warmed up in addition to the lack of at least one fan to circulate the air, in the veranda it was incredibly hot, honestly in these conditions I do not recommend it

I haven't tried them all in Modena, but I've visited quite a few. For me, this is the best; the pizza melts in your mouth and the toppings are delicious. The only downside is that it closes at 11:00.

Ate today, August 1, 2025, in the dining room. Only two tables were occupied. We waited at least 50 minutes for the pizza, which I must admit was delicious. The service was friendly but slow, and the bill was very reasonable but expensive. Be careful with the 250g zizzona, which is delicious, but if you order it with prosciutto, it's €18. The prosciutto costs €10, and the zizzona costs €8.

We arrived at 8:35 PM, and after complaining, the pizza arrived at 10:40 PM. It was a very long wait; we waited two hours to be served, but the pizza wasn't bad. The service was decent. They do a lot of takeout, and since they couldn't manage the tables inside, some customers left due to the significant delay.

Ho prenotato venerdì sera per le 8:30 e le pizze sono arrivate dopo 40 minuti. Le bibite sono arrivate subito, ma dopo tutta questa attesa sono diventate calde. Qualcosa da dire per le pizze ce l' ho, a parte un buco nella pizza la "Mazara", che col prezzo che l' ho pagata doveva per lo meno arrivare perfetta. Buone le pizze "Bronte" e "Affumicata". Mentre quella con "Salsiccia e Chips", le patatine non erano croccanti ma molli. Comunque l' impasto molto buono, digeribile. Tornerò una seconda volta sperando che vada meglio.

Ottima pizza napoletana (alta) con particolare cura nella scelta di ingredienti di qualità. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile.
