First time at this pizzeria, let's say the pizza is average, perhaps the crust tends to become rubbery when it cools, the choice of ingredients, I'm talking about the Parmigiana pizza, one was excessively topped while the other was sparse, personally I don't find the choice of cherry tomatoes spot on, the other pizza was average, arancini were abundant (Friday evening and they didn't have croquettes), desserts were average, a note of demerit to the waiter who forgot the beers.

The pizzas are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat! The dessert selection is also lovely. All this in a lively but not too noisy setting, including outdoor seating on the veranda.

Without a doubt, one of the best pizzas in Modena. Excellent dough, generous toppings, and wood-fired oven. A true Neapolitan pizza, highly recommended!

29/01/2026: Business lunch with daily menu for €13 (first course, second course, and side dish. 3 choices per course, including drinks (1/2 l water and 1/2 l sparkling white wine). Portions were just the right size, and the service was courteous and fast. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended.

22/12/2025: For those who enjoy authentic Neapolitan pizza, with a thick crust and traditional Campanian ingredients, this is the place to go. The "cuoppo" is also delicious, complete with the typical crocche, which rounds out the menu. The only downside is the wait...there's room for improvement.
13/10/2025: I was thrilled with Lievito 24! A true gem in the heart of Pavullo nel Frignano. The pizzas are simply exceptional: incredibly light, digestible dough, and with that irresistible aroma that only a long, natural leavening process can provide. The ingredients are top-quality, and you can taste the care with which they're selected and combined. The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling and attentive to detail; they truly make you feel at home. The atmosphere is refined, modern, and welcoming, perfect for both an evening with friends or a quiet dinner for two. I highly recommend trying the specialty pizzas: a perfect blend of creativity and tradition. One of the best dining experiences in the area! Kudos to the entire Lievito 24 staff: you can tell they have true passion behind them!!!
