We took a few slices of pizza here for lunch, first of all the place is small but it has tables outside, among other things they also come to deliver the pizza to you, and the pizza window is very inviting!
In addition to the inevitable tielle (I took a quarter of it with sausage and broccoli, top) the pizzas come with a crust on the bottom and focaccio on top, with a huge topping. I say maxi because finally here I found a type of pizza where for example a marinara is served properly with lots of tomato, a Margherita with lots of mozzarella, and the flavor is delicious!
The tiella was much better than others eaten in recent days, I highly recommend it!

If you are looking for a quick but tasty meal, this small historic place in the heart of the ZTL is a must. Specialized in tielle, it offers a wide variety of fillings, from the most classic to the most original. I had the pleasure of trying several, including the one with octopus, with mussels and courgettes, with onions and with swordfish and aubergines. Each had a strong flavor and a fragrant mixture, perhaps with an extra drizzle of oil, but overall irresistible.
The restaurant has some outdoor tables, while inside the space is limited and the high temperatures, due to the ovens always on, make waiting for the order a little less pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly and available to recommend the best choice based on personal tastes.
The price might seem slightly high, but having no terms of comparison, I was won over by the quality of the product, which seems to keep a consolidated family tradition alive.
I recommend letting yourself be guided by curiosity and trying as many variations as possible: the classics are unmissable, but the more particular combinations might surprise you. An authentic culinary experience that is definitely worth a stop!

Gran pequeño "agujero en la pared" lugar. Larga fila pero se movió rápido. Bonito lugar con mesas y sillas al otro lado de la calle. La señora que tomó nuestro pedido hablaba excelente inglés y era muy servicial.

Consiglio di arrivare fin qui per provare le tielle a Gaeta!!! Diversi gusti oltre alle classiche polpo, scarola, cipolla, sono stati per noi una gioia del palato.
Il posto è semplice ma ideale per una breve pausa con tavolini anche all'aperto nella bella stagione o per asporto; frequentato da turisti e da locali propone anche tranci di pizza con un ottimo aspetto ma noi abbiamo preferito provare più tielle possibili!!!
Ordini dentro..prendi da bere e ti portano al tavolo le porzioni calde calde delle tielle scelte!
La conduzione è familiare e si percepisce una grande passione e professionalità!!!
