Best tielle I have ever eaten!!!

Small historic restaurant, in the restricted traffic zone, mainly suitable for takeaway, which also offers table service, outside, upon choice, ordering and payment inside. Try four different tielle, with the choice based mainly on the suggestions of the staff at the counter: tiella with octopus, with mussels and courgettes, with onions, with swordfish and aubergines. All the tielle were delicious! Perhaps the cost is a little high but not knowing the costs of this delicacy I have no yardstick for comparison. All the staff were really courteous. Although I didn't notice any faces among those present similar to what was reported in the restaurant's presentation brochures, I believe it is at least still the same recipe and the same historical family. Inside the restaurant, unfortunately, due to the ovens, the temperatures are high, making the experience of ordering and waiting unpleasant, albeit brief. I highly recommend trying the tiles available and letting them advise you. I don't think you will regret it.

If you pass through Gaeta, go to Carlo and try the Tiella. The octopus one is delicious but the one with fresh anchovies is something amazing. At the end of the evening Carlo passed between the tables and we had a chat. Rustic place but traditional and unique flavors.

Molto buona la tiella. C'è fila ma è scorrevole. Possibilità di consumare sui tavolini esterni. Prezzi in linea con gli altri locali.

Qui la specialità è la tiella, tipico di gaeta. Varietà di gusti, ci sono anche delle pizze e supplì. Siamp andati di sabato sera e c'era un po' di fila ma ne e' valsa la pena aspettare. Servizio cordiale, sia i ragazzi fuori dal locale che al bancone all' interno.
