Pizzeria del Corso - Cosimo Chiodi In Pietramelara

In 25 years of visiting Pietramelara this was the best Pizza I’ve had. The restaurant is a delight. Service is excellent. Thank you.

We have been regulars at this place for months now, and we have totally fallen in love with it! The service is excellent, well-trained and courteous waiters. The food is excellent, especially their artisanal fried foods such as the bis of Crocchè “Lui e Lei” and their carbonara frittatina “Caput Mundi”, their pizza is also excellent, I tried the Genovese and it was really good. Place totally immersed in the town of Pietramelara, a beautiful little town, for the restaurant in the area there is a large square with parking and many streets where you can park your car. Highly recommended!

I wish I could give 5 stars, because the welcome was truly excellent: the room manager was extremely friendly and attentive, following me with great care regarding my food intolerance. The pizza was very good and the ingredients were of evident quality. However, I found some critical issues in the cooking: the edge was quite thick, which would not have been a problem if it had been well cooked. The central part, however, was excessively thin, to the point of being difficult to accept. I would like to point out that the other pizzas served at our table did not have the same defects. The dessert was much appreciated, truly delicious.

The staff is friendly, they welcomed us even though it was closing time and we ate an excellent pizza. The menu has many options for both celiacs and lactose intolerants. We had no problems just a nice evening after work :) thanks

Pizza ottima, anche le pizzette fritte, locale molto tranquillo, location molto bella, servizio eccellente anche se ad un orario un po’ scomodo

The DOC pizza is a must try, light dough, tasty tomato and space buffalo. The service is quite quick and very friendly. Slightly noisy place, but only by northern standards. I will absolutely return. Congratulations to Cosimo.

This evening I entered the pizzeria at 8.15pm, the order left at 8.20pm but the pizza arrived at 10.30pm....... nothing else to add.
