Exceptional pizza, polite and professional staff, clean and very hospitable place... guys in a nutshell if you want to eat a good pizza in the upper Caserta area you have to go to Cosimo Chiodi! Highly recommended!

In my opinion, among the best in Campania. Giro Pizzas: in the pan, contemporary and double cooking. Doughs and cooking that border on perfection. "Modern" combinations but such as to bring out the "authentic" flavor of local and traditional products. Congratulations again. Super omelettes and, unlike many others, they don't have a cold "heart". I therefore assume that they are freshly prepared... and not frozen and then cooked in the oven or in boiling oil... Excellent frying.

Pizzeria Cosimo Chiodi, now a guarantee in every way. With friends we have tried almost the entire pizza menu several times, each of them with a story to tell and with refined combinations and flavors that leave you satisfied with every bite!! Professional and trained staff in explaining the products used... Greetings to Cosimo and his sister for the super welcome as always!! Keep it up!!

Siamo stati in questo locale molto accogliente, personale professionale e super cortese. Abbiamo ordinato sia panini che pizza, tutto veramente molto buono, la mia amica celiaca ne è rimasta entusiasta sia per la pizza che per il dolce. Prezzi nella media. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro per assaggiare il resto del menù. Complimenti

Siamo andati per la prima volta in questa Pizzeria. Abbiamo trovato eccellente professionalità nel personale sia di Sala sia al forno. Prodotti di elevata qualità unitamente ad un impasto molto curato e lavorato alla perfezione, hanno reso la pizza un piatto straordinario. Ottima anche la scelta delle Birre Artigianali.

22/12/2024: Last week I celebrated my graduation. It was an intimate dinner, with few guests and the attention to detail was IMPECCABLE, all the staff are at your disposal and make you feel pampered and loved, as well as at home. Fabulous location, impeccable setting and exquisite dishes. The only flaw that made all the guests turn up their noses a bit was the speed of the service, one course after another literally non-stop. At one point I felt bad about the speed with which I was eating, I went out for 10 minutes to recover and when I came back I discovered that they had brought the cake to the table and offered the bitters. As a birthday girl, I didn't even see the cake (the edible one) because in those 10 minutes they had both brought it to the table and taken it away (so I didn't really eat it). At the end of the evening, the manager told us to take it home but the head nurse told us that it was no longer there (they had probably already thrown it away) - it was probably a misunderstanding on our part because we thought he meant the edible one . Would I go back? Definitely but as long as they give me time to enjoy the dishes. All in all, apart from this small flaw, it was a beautiful evening and many guests were fascinated by it.
