Pizzeria Del Corso In Forlì

Went with friends to eat the pizza which was really very good, the only negative note is that we paid €8.50 for a mascarpone with strawberries which seems really too much to me... the dessert costs more than the pizza ABSURD

My boyfriend and I come to visit on average every two weeks. For us, saying superlative is an understatement! Starting from the pizza, which in our opinion is truly exceptional both in terms of quality, dough, cooking and quantity of ingredients... undoubtedly number one in Forlì!! Not least the friendliness of the staff, all extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The wonderful thing that characterizes this place is the relationship that the employees have with each other: they joke, they have fun, they tease each other and I can assure you that it is anything but annoying! It has always given us a sense of lightness, tranquility, like feeling at home... we like to see how people know how to "have fun" in the workplace, always maintaining a high level of respect and education towards customers. I'll say more! It's the second time that we happen to be sitting at the table near the oven and we witness their joking with great pleasure... if you feel good in the workplace you produce twice as much, and they are a clear example of this! Even the owner is always kind, polite and ready to welcome us with a smile every time we enter the restaurant... our compliments for having created a staff like yours!! Last but not least, let's break the issue in favor of the waiter (whose name we don't know yet) who generally takes the orders... nothing short of the best! For attention, friendliness and friendliness! There is no doubt that we will see each other again very soon!

At the Pizzeria del Corso it's like being at home! Very kind staff, always excellent food and location near the center of Forlì. Almost all the dishes are gluten-free, from appetizers to desserts to pizzas, plus about two weeks ago they started making lactose-free desserts thanks Fabiola! 🤩 therefore for those who are intolerant to gluten and lactose but also for those who are not, Pizzeria del Corso is the 🔝 highly recommended!

Delusa. Vengo in questa pizzeria da diversi anni per la pizza SENZA GLUTINE . Era una delle mie pizze prefetite. Oggi l'ho trovata diversa, non la mangio da giugno 2024. Molto, troppo croccante. Dimensione ridotta con circonferenza perfetta, come se fosse una base precotta. Non so se è stato cambiato l'impasto, ma ho mangiato una pizza differente dalla solita, anche il profumo dell'impasto non era il solito e non l'ho gradita. Non penso ci tornerò.

Ottimo ristorante e pizzeria dove un celiaco può scegliere tra tutto il menù cosa prendere. A pranzo ho preso degli strozzapreti molto buoni, come quelli classici. Porzione media, non abbondante. A cena pizza ed era così buona che ho fatto il bis! Impasto sottile, leggero e molto digeribile. Pizza molto grande. Unico appunto mette un po' di sete. Usano mix di farine della Schar per la ristorazione ed al costo della pizza vanno aggiunti €2. Proprietari molto cordiali e gentili così come il personale. Se devo fare un appunto è solo per il costo del coperto un po' caro a €2,50 (giro molto per lavoro ed superiore alla media). Certificato AIC da oltre un decennio.
