A unique experience. The pizzas arrived raw, and they remade them without hesitation. Unfortunately, when the second pizzas arrived, one was the wrong one, with ham added to a vegetarian pizza. However, the staff were very kind, offering to remake the pizza, and it was back within 10 minutes. Despite the various inconveniences, they resolved everything with professionalism, courtesy, and so much kindness. Thank you so much for your skill in resolving the problems!

22/09/2025: What a wonderful experience. A must do when in Bologna. Al was a wonderful teacher-our meal was spectacular!
22/09/2025: We did the pasta workshop. Highly recommended!! Al was a fantastic host, super friendly, and had a great time! We had a great group and made delicious pasta and tiramisu.
