I'll start by saying that I've visited practically all the pizzerias in Modena (and quite a few in the province) and I'm the so-called attentive customer.
A passionate connoisseur and lover of pizza (not just Neapolitan), I allow myself to define Mr. Stefano's Pizza (Allegria) as one of the best representatives of the species in the area.
Delicious dough, masterful cooking and toppings just right, practically perfect... (without unnecessary excesses)
For those who know the subject, I'd like to point out that this is the true original Salerno pizza... (even the forerunner of the more famous Neapolitan margherita)
Which still represents the ancient way of making pizza of the old master bakers-bakers... Now almost impossible to find except in Cilento.
Bravo Stefano who manages to carry forward a milestone of pizzas ... without absurd theatrics
Right prices, especially if we consider that we are talking about a product composed mainly of water, salt, flour and yeasts and that was originally created to feed the people with a minimal expense ...
Unfortunately in recent times it has become (often unjustifiably) a "luxury" product due to endless speculation and so much useless theatrical chatter.
Bravo Stefano and family, always keep it up ...
