Very good pizza. The dough remains soft even if it cools.

Hands down some of the best Pizza I have had so far in Italy. Better than almost every Restaurant Pizza (except one). Of course I haven't been everywhere or to Napoli but I have tried a lot of pizza... Some very interesting recipes as well, I recommend the Modena special and anything with Pancetta or the Italian sausage. They also have 50cm pizzas for parties or when you are very hungry. I can absolutely confirm the special crunchiness and I have been thinking about it and analyzing the crust. I'm pretty sure that it's not sourdough or oil in the dough. My best guess is keeping the dough balls in oil until use... I will try it at home and check if the results are similar. 😉🤔 But that's not important, the pizzas are great and inexpensive, that's why you should check out the place! Google a few basic phrases on how to order pizza in italian and you should be fine. (Cash only)
