Update: I'm still giving it 5 stars... Yesterday I enjoyed a white pizza with quail eggs, wild mushrooms, and drunken cheese... kudos to the inventor of this gourmet recipe! Fast service, professionalism, and the smile of someone who knows their job well, who immediately puts customers at ease! Well done, always top-notch!
This is confirmed as the best pizza in the area if you like it thin, crispy, and easy to digest. Quality ingredients, friendly staff, fast service, and a good value.
Wide selection on the menu, but any changes are welcome. Different types of dough are available, and there's also a kitchen for those who don't want pizza. Excellent selection of desserts, both homemade and from the menu, with a display trolley.
The parking lot is very large, and on weekends you'll even find a valet to welcome you.
In my opinion, highly recommended!
P.S. It's best to book!!! Especially on weekends.

The pizzeria is in the middle of the Altivole countryside and has a large parking lot in the back, with valet parking.
The place is spacious, but reservations are required. The noise level is quite high, making it difficult to communicate. The pizza is very thin, almost like a piadina. Lots of cheese on the surface. It's a matter of taste here. I liked it. The selection of pizzas is very wide. On Saturday evenings, the staff is in a rush, and we had to call several times for them to come and take our orders, and the pizzas didn't arrive together. So much so that the last person to eat was after everyone else had finished. Recommended, but not on weekends, as it's really too noisy and the staff struggles to pay attention.

Impeccable experience and rare customer service!
We visited this restaurant and were impressed in every way. The food is simply exquisite, with quality ingredients cooked to perfection. The location also deserves special mention: the interior spaces are tastefully decorated, and the outdoor area is delightful, ideal for enjoying a relaxing evening.
But the real added value was the service. Special thanks go to Jessica (with a "J," as she was keen to point out!): one rarely encounters such empathetic professionalism. I mentioned I was on a diet, and she took it so much to heart that she even brought back the bread to help me avoid temptation and stick to my goals. A gesture of unique attention and kindness that truly makes a difference.
We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!

A friend and I had the opportunity to stop at this pizzeria, and I have to say the pizza is truly delicious. Our vote goes to Jessica, who not only served us with kindness and courtesy, but also welcomed us with dedication and professionalism. We'll definitely be back.

The pizza is very, very thin and delicious. There are several options, including the rice mozzarella, which I must say is much better than the rice mozzarellas you find elsewhere.
On weekends, it's best to book. They have a wide selection of desserts; we tried three and I must say they were all excellent.
The price was also fair, in my opinion. I'll definitely be back :)

What can I say...the pizzeria da Volpe deserves all 5 stars from every point of view, I had an innovative crostino, really good, compliments to the mind of the owner Giovanni who thought of it and put it into practice, my partner a vicolo stretto slightly undercooked as he wanted it, fine and crunchy, the desserts really good, and Monica always friendly and available to the customer, the waitresses very prepared and Gessica very attentive to our needs. Compliments to the owners, it remains the best pizzeria for my tastes. Thank you.

Superb pizzas... my absolute favorites. Tonight, with the winter millefeuille, they reached Olympus. Very kind staff. And... a chocolate to finish. Top!

It doesn't take a thousand words to say that the pizza at *Volpe* is exceptional... 🍕
But the real surprise was *Gessica*, the lady who served us with rare simplicity and empathy.
She managed to transform a good dinner into an authentic experience, filled with human warmth and emotion—just how we like it.
Bravo, Gessica: your hospitality is as good as (if not more than) the deliciousness of the pizza!
