I am on holiday Europe with my family. Italy has been one of my final stops, and I have been struggling to find food that I enjoy on this trip. I can be a bit of a picky eater sometimes and the food was genuinely delicious. I got the butterflies with four cheese, and it was the perfect amount of food. The staff was friendly and kind, we got our food quite quickly, and everything is reasonably priced. Definitely recommend giving them a try if you’re ever in Venezia!

From the moment we first stepped into Dallo Zio, we knew we had found something truly special. The warm, friendly service immediately made us feel welcome, and the genuine hospitality radiated from every member of the staff. The food was absolutely fantastic—each dish we tried was prepared with such care and passion, delivering an authentic taste of Italy that was simply unforgettable. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the incredible manager, Rito. His inviting and heartfelt demeanor made us feel like more than just customers; he treated us like we were family. I asked if they served a dish and he made it for me despite it not being on the menu. He took the time to chat with us, share stories, and ensure our experience was perfect in every way. This personal touch created such a wonderful and memorable evening that we couldn't help but return not just once, but two more times during our trip. Our favorite dishes include the Liguine Busara, liguine with mixed seafood, tuna tartare, Caprese and the Valpilicella Ripaso wine was a great price and outstanding. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience. We can't wait to come back again on our next visit to Venice.

We had Pasta Carbonara, pizza, Crème Brûlée and wine. Everything was delicious, though Crème Brûlée was not as crispy as I would like it to be, but nevertheless - great place in Venice with delicious food

I know it’s a touristic area but still expect bit more quality for almost 20 euro mid size pizza with mushrooms
