5 stars for service and courtesy, 5 for ingredients and raw materials, 5 for the fried appetizers. But for the 7 pizzas, 5 stars only for the fried ones, while the other 6 had too much water in the center, undoubtedly from the mozzarella. The 2 white pizzas were practically inedible. Mimmo, your enemy is water, which, combined with your soft dough, creates a mess. Soundproofing of the place: 3 stars when it's full of customers. 😊

This was our first visit to the new location of the owner, whom we had previously praised for his culinary skills. We reiterated our appreciation for the food (well-topped pizzas) served by a young, friendly, and efficient staff. The bill was also fair, as in the past. We'll gladly return!

We had dinner at Mimmo's with a couple of friends who already knew the place. It was a delightful evening. 👍🏻 When we arrived, the table (reserved) wasn't yet free. The owner kindly offered an aperitif, and the wait turned into a chat before eating. 👍🏻 The menu was carefully curated and rich, with excellent products! The wait staff was attentive, smiling, and kind. 👍🏻 The pizzas were delicious, as were the desserts. 👍🏻 We'll be back! Thanks, Mimmo!

This evening we visited this pizzeria for the first time. We had excellent pizza made with quality ingredients. The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to help us enjoy their specialties. We'll definitely be back.

26/02/2026: The facility is truly incredible. The staff is friendly and helpful. CastelBrando takes you back in time, revealing its history to all its guests. Inside, you can visit the museum that recounts the castle's entire history. The rooms and halls are well-kept, elegant, and comfortable. Having stayed in a "basic" room, I can say that comfort, tranquility, and silence are not lacking. The entire spa area is divine. Super pampered with herbal teas, teas, and infusions available in the various spa areas. A wide selection of pools, relaxation areas, and massages are available to pamper yourself and take a moment to enjoy life, pampered by the breathtaking view. Quality breakfast served, with friendly staff available to accommodate requests. There is also a restaurant inside the castle that offers cuisine and pizzas. It was a truly unique experience and definitely worth repeating. Thanks to all the staff.
