Great pizza for a great price. Chicken and chips also great!

We had a delicious pizza, so we went back four days in a row. The panzerotti and mozzarella in carrozza were also very good. I also recommend them for their value.

Maybe we expected more since the reviews were good, but being in southern Italy and eating a rubbery pizza… it's not the best I'd hoped for. The look wasn't bad, but the dough wasn't good. It's like we say in Spain, a Telepizza, but worse quality. You go to a counter, order, and they give you a machine, and when your pizza is ready, you get up and get it. Ideal for young people looking for cheap food, but in our case, we were looking for a delicious pizza.

During a trip to Sorrento, after wandering around Marina Grande and Marina Piccola, looking for a public beach to swim in and a place to grab lunch, we headed back up toward the old city walls and the mill, and stopped at the pizzeria and rotisserie da Michele. We were greeted by the very kind Eleonora, who, even though it was just minutes before closing time, sat us down at the outdoor tables and promptly prepared our order. We each had a Margherita pizza, delicious! Thank you so much, Eleonora, and also for the tip to take a dip at Bagni di Regina Giovanna. It was about an hour's walk from the rotisserie. You were right, it's a place with an enchanting view! Next time we pass through Sorrento, we'll definitely come visit you to try some more delicacies! Cinzia and Giuseppe

In a place where everything has a marked up price, this place offers an authentic pizza that is very very delicious, and with a very reasonable price. Not to mention the owner is very friendly and welcoming. It's only a short walk from the city center but it gave us a place of solitude. I am not being paid in any way, just wanted to provide an honest review from a foreigner POV.

Pizzeria Rosticceria da Michele. We stopped attracted by a delicious smell of pizza in the air, and it turned out to be a great idea! Simple place but the pizza was really very good and the staff very kind. Recommended stop.
