This pizzeria is incredibly good! We were lucky enough to try paposcia in Vieste, a true regional specialty, and we absolutely loved it. On our second visit, the owner recognized us immediately (it's not like we were the only ones there; the place was always busy). We'll definitely go back to "da Enzo" on our next trip to Vieste!

Durante la mia vacanza a Vieste ho provato la Paposcia alla Gargano da Pizzeria da Enzo… e che bontà! Con cime di rape e salsiccia (da noi a Napoli diremmo friarielli e sasicc’) — un abbinamento semplice ma gustosissimo, cotto alla perfezione. Impasto ottimo, farcitura abbondante e sapori autentici. Un posto davvero consigliato per chi vuole assaggiare qualcosa di tipico e fatto con passione. Complimenti! Nota negativa: la cassiera, forse la proprietaria… a cui suggerisco, con simpatia, un po’ più di sorriso! Anche quello fa parte dell’esperienza. 😉 Non è proprio economica: 12 euro per una paposcia sono un po’ tanti, alla fine si tratta di un pezzo di pane (seppur farcito). Diciamo però che la qualità c’è, e si sente.

Sorprendentemente Top. Il massimo dei voti perché nel campo delle pizzerie "take away" ;ossia pochi posti a sedere esterni , sempre molta folla anche se gira velocemente ai tavoli, modica scelta di birre nazionali , pizze e paposce Top. In questa vacanza viestana è stata la prima scelta riconfermata anche altre sere dove non andava di cucinare. Scovato a fiuto data l impressione ottica dei prodotti sui tavolini esterni e data la folla. Vasto menù di pizze e paposce . Mi sento di stra consigliare la paposcia garganica che è qualcosa di spettacolare!! Cheapeau!

25/08/2025: We found it somewhat by chance while on vacation in Cagnano Varano during the week of August 15th 2025, and we returned a second time before returning home. The pizzas, paposce, grilled vegetables, and baked cacio cheese were delicious! The service was attentive, welcoming, and cheerful. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Puglia! 23/08/2025: The pizza of a lifetime!!!!! When my boyfriend and I crave a good pizza, our first thought is this wonderful place, L'Ammiraglio. Exceptional staff: fast, helpful, extremely kind, quality is not to be taken for granted, in fact... practically perfection. In addition to the pizza and paposcia, which I dare say are amazing, the waiters and the pizza chef always have a smile on their face, even when the place is packed. They always manage to cheer you up despite having so many things to do. As far as I'm concerned, a wonderful place, the best. If you have the chance, stop by, you won't regret it. One of the few places that in August (when you can't understand anything) still treats you with kid gloves. Well done, keep it up!!!! (We love L'Ammiraglio and the Americana, not to mention the Bronte, delicious!!!) ❤️❤️
