Well, nothing has changed The food is divine, everyone is very kind and ready to satisfy every request. It's a shame to live so far away.... Ate here also on June 25, 2025 evening. I don't know what else to say...... I would return only for the tagliolini with black garlic: mamma mia, how good.

26/06/2025: Thank you for this wonderful evening! Anyone visiting Volterra should treat themselves to dinner and a bottle of wine in a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere! The value for money is really good, and the owner and his family are passionate about their hospitality! Even in bad weather, there are plenty of tables available in the basement in a wonderful setting. We'd love to come back, preferably after 7 p.m., when most of the tourists have left the city and peace has returned to the beautiful streets. You can also sample a few whiskeys here in this tavern from Middle Earth... see you soon! P.S.: The photo of the snack plate actually included bruschetta and a loaf of bread with olive oil... but the child already ate it...
