It's one thing to read the reviews, but then you have to try it to believe it. Everything was excellent, from the delicious pizza, the fantastic red beer, the delicious tiramisu, the good coffee, compliments to all the staff.

A long-established name, the pizza here has always been good. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends. Alternative doughs are available, and don't forget to order the mangiabordi, a variety of sauces to eat the edge of the pizza. Their craft beer is excellent.

We had lunch today. Objectively, the pizza and focaccia dough were good. It's a shame about the oregano. They put it everywhere, changing the flavor. I'd also include it among the ingredients for each individual pizza, because it might not be liked or even cause allergies. They only listed it in the general information before the list of pizzas, which maybe not everyone reads. What a shame!

Since we didn't have a reservation, my husband and I were seated for the second time at this charming pizzeria just outside the charming medieval village of Gradara. The owner was very helpful in helping us choose a table, and the staff was dynamic, composed of young and friendly people. Despite the busy restaurant, the service was fast, informal, and attentive. One of the best pizzas we've ever had, generous and generously topped. Absolutely satisfied!

28/09/2025: A popular restaurant even outside the region, it's essential to book in advance. Despite a short wait for a table, the quality and quantity of the food are worth it. The famous carbonara is worth the trip. Definitely good value. We'll be back.

A welcoming, modern place with attention to detail, with friendly and passionate service. I chose the "Pink" pizza and it was a revelation: a very light and crispy dough on the outside, soft and airy on the inside – simply perfect! The combination of basil and lemon cream, stracciatella cheese, Adriatic pink shrimp tartare, and chia seeds is unique: fresh, balanced, and surprising with every bite. You can taste that every ingredient here is carefully chosen – high-quality extra virgin olive oil, local products, great attention to seasonality. A contemporary yet profoundly Italian pizza, made with love and technique. Congratulations to the whole team 👏 I'll definitely be back – one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted in Italy! 🇮🇹🍕
