We had a divine dinner last night.
Then a welcome omelette
Then a fried prawn
Then some wonderful freshly warmed mazzancolli
Then some lovely tuna croquettes
Two baked croakers with pan-fried porcini mushrooms, garlic and catmint and some fried porcini mushrooms and
To finish, lemon sorbet and chocolates made by them.
All washed down with Cà del Bosco and two French Chardonnays.
Andrea in the kitchen transmits all his passion to the dishes and Lorenzo in the dining room welcomes you with great warmth. GOOD
if you pass by Castiglione I recommend you go and visit them.

Posto meraviglioso fuori dallo stress del paese..
ad accoglierci il proprietario del ristorante che ci ha fatto accomodare in terrazza in un giardino, davvero bello.
Ci ha portato i menù e ha praticamente spiegato tutti i piatti e consigliato il vino che si abbinava alle nostre scelte, professionalità massima,
Abbiamo preso 4 portate a testa, antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce.
Tutto buonissimo
Ci ritorneremo!

Incuriositi da un post su Instagram siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante nella pineta di Roccamare. Ottima accessibilità, posteggio riservato molto comodo e location molto curata e bella.
Abbiamo preso come "amuse-bouche" un popcorn di mare veramente sfizioso per poi proseguire con scampi al guazzetto, tortelli di polpo, paccheri al tonno con olive taggiasche e come dessert una crostatina di pasta frolla alle mele e un millefoglie (entrambi di produzione propria).
Il massimo dei voti per accoglienza, servizio, qualità delle materie prime e bontà dei piatti. Il prezzo medio - alto (peraltro allineato con i costi della zona) è assolutamente giustificato.
Torneremo sicuramente

After trying other restaurants searched on Google and with good references, I finally find the restaurant that has all the requirements for eating a good fish.
We ate two excellent first courses and the fish cooked on the grill but with their cooking method it seems like it was done in the oven.
There is no lack of courtesy, friendliness and attention in the service.

everything delicious! tuna tartare, roasted octopus with sautéed chicory. sweet ricotta mousse with strawberry puree and crunchy. the Val del Melo rosé wine is excellent

I believe that the narration of the dishes is already an additional experience that makes you experience dinner with a different eye and palate... what can I say... eaten divinely, the fish is truly fresh (therefore there is a more refined choice in the catch of the day). The combinations of flavors are studied in detail, there is the right balance of choice between delicate dishes and tastier and bolder dishes. (in fact, among the first courses we tasted the delicate octopus ravioli with saffron and the tastier paccheri with tuna, olives, capers etc.)
We were surprised by the idea of sharing delicious "sea popcorn" or fried pink prawns to start, truly new for us!
The staff were very knowledgeable and courteous, the service was a little slow but probably because it was full.
I would absolutely go back!
