Locale trovato per caso in una serata di pioggia. Cibi della tradizione, menù ampio che esaudisce ogni richiesta. Ottima la selezione di formaggi, il tris di canederli è da provare. Per gusto personale preferisco i crauti “bianchi”. Gnocchi alle ortiche speciali. Consigliato!

Good place to eat in Valdaora. We ended up there a bit by chance and our expectations were not high and the truth is that they fulfilled very well. The pizzas were very good and the antipasti speck had quite a lot. Good value for money. To add a but, the service was quite slow, especially when ordering dinner and when paying (not when serving, it didn't take long). Therefore, recommended if you are in the area for a visit.

Buoni i canedarli. Grigliata di carne non proprio abbondante ma molto buona. Le frittelle di mele strepitose. Personale accogliente e simpatico. Giudizio positivo.

We went to eat a pizza (good) but we couldn't taste the famous "fabulous" dumplings from South Tyrol, a very welcoming environment with very friendly staff, the thing that struck us a little was seeing the staff in classic Tyrolean costumes , fabulous place.

We liked the restaurant and the atmosphere was also very good. The dishes we had were all very tasty and tasty. The service was good and friendly. It was positive to see how everything was prepared and restocked immediately after mealtime. Thanks to the team, keep it up! 👍👍

Been here twice now and ate pizza each time. The price level is absolutely okay. There was nothing to complain about in terms of taste. The service is good and quick. There's no football 👍👍👍👍.

19/11/2024: I had dinner with a friend from La Spezia who lives in Bolzano in this typical South Tyrolean restaurant. There is a very pleasant South Tyrolean atmosphere: we were practically the only non-German speaking guests. We had a delicious trio of dumplings accompanied by a superb Lagrein. At the end of the meal we were spoiled with a delicious Kaiserschmarrn. Honest price and welcoming restaurateur who proudly told us that his family has run this beautiful restaurant for three generations. Toll, first, ausgezeichnet! Fabrizio Dellepiane
26/09/2024: Excellent business lunches, menu of the day with a choice of 3 first courses and 3 second courses, plus an opening salad. Very honest price, fast and impeccable service, generous portions. A guarantee. Advised.

Zur Alten Schmiede

17/12/2024: We're going spontaneously, they had a table for four. The place was relatively full and with a lot of customer turnover. The pizza was fantastic! The super friendly waitress!! Highly recommended.
