We were a group of friends, the pizza was too soft and thin in my opinion and it's not cheap!

We got 2 pizzas. A sausage and friarelli and a porcini mushroom, maascarpone (I think) and sausage. The pizzas were good, but undercooked and the friarelli were boiled and put raw, while they must be crunchy and cooked together with the pizza. The other pizza was better, but nothing special. Prices above average, but still acceptable. Sausage and friarelli 14 euros and the other 15 euros. I won't go back. There are much better pizzerias in Prato.

It should be noted that I am Neapolitan, I have been living in Calenzano for several years, I have worked and continue to work in the restaurant industry forever, I can say that up to now I have been unhappy with the pizza, but from what I have tasted the pizza is a "chiaroscuro" pizza. better and more Neapolitan you can only eat it here at "chiaroscuro" the rest are just false copies.....!

24/10/2024: I got to know this place about 3 years ago for work reasons, I had always promised myself I would come and eat there but I never had the chance again. Coincidentally, about 2 weeks ago I received a message promoting a dinner based on porcini mushrooms. I immediately seized the opportunity and booked a table for two, my wife and I. Excellent choice. Cozy place, fantastic staff who know how to put you at ease with simplicity. For this type of evening, a fixed but much appreciated menu. An excellent selection of wines. I must say that I was very pleased to have managed to organize myself to be able to come. We will certainly return on other occasions. I highly recommend anyone who wants to try it. TOP TOP TOP

PIZZ'art

19/09/2024: We spent a week in Tuscany and ate the best pizza there. Probably because the pub is geared towards locals, not tourists. Next to the market square with shops and services - you can do shopping, hairdressing, etc. cheaper and more easily. Disadvantages: paid parking, no toilet. I recommend.
30/08/2024: Very good pizza, the service is very nice and the place has its own atmosphere. Nice decor. Thank you!!!!!!
