On the recommendation of a friend we went to this restaurant. The essential and elegant location makes you feel at ease, we found the portions generous and well executed, also thanks to the choice of excellent raw materials, the hospitality offered to our four-legged friends who are welcome is also excellent. We will definitely return.

This pizzeria restaurant passed with flying colors! Even though we arrived after 10.30pm we found excellent service and quality! The pasta with clams was excellent, plentiful and delicious!

The Chiaroscuro pizza restaurant in Calenzano offers a positive dining experience, with high-quality fish first courses and generous portions. The modern environment is welcoming, but can be noisy. The service is attentive and courteous, and the value for money is excellent. Recommended, especially for those who appreciate well-executed seafood cuisine.

We ate here twice during our week in Calenzano with three young children and three adults. Both times the service was exceptional and the pizzas really good. Definitely family friendly. Try to book from 16.30 on the day as this is a very popular place with locals.

Come già detto in altre recensioni, il mio ristorante preferito di sempre. Se fosse possibile, lascerei una recensione ogni volta che torno. L'ultima volta ci hanno anche offerto un sorbetto, sono stati gentilissimi (come sempre, del resto). Grazie!

05/08/2024: Pizzeria and historic restaurant in Rifredi. Retro environment with a very vintage atmosphere, unique furnishings. Probably the widest menu in all of Florence, countless varieties of first courses, second courses, side dishes, pizza, desserts, you can really find everything and for all tastes and dietary needs. Family run, Italian-Tuscan cuisine, expert and very good pizza chef.
30/07/2024: Typical American tourist here! Stumbled upon this place as we were walking toward a "fancier" Italian restaurant. It was a 5 minute walk from our Airbnb, so we decided to stop. Pizza was great, pesto pasta was wonderful, and wine was delicious. We had 3 entrees and a bottle of wine and it was under $60 USD. Server was courteous and helpful communicating with "dumb" Americans! :)
