I was in the San Prospero area and stopped at this place, I wanted a pizza on the go but the staff convinced me to have lunch, polite and professional people, I will definitely be back

The first impression is the crust: filled with the freshest ricotta, perfectly creamy, with a full yet delicate flavor. You immediately taste the quality, a truly rare freshness, hard to find elsewhere. Each bite is soft, enveloping, almost buttery. The cooking is impeccable: the calzone is crafted with great mastery. The dough is well-developed, light yet firm, with a perfect golden brown and those oven marks that speak of experience and technique. Inside, top-quality ingredients: stringy and flavorful mozzarella, balanced and tasty tomato, all perfectly balanced. It's not just good: it's complete, satisfying, a truly satisfying meal. Sincere compliments to the pizza chef: you can taste his expert hand, his care, his passion. Yes, I had to order it... but it was an extremely pleasant task. Highly recommended. You absolutely have to try the pizza (off the menu) with the ricotta-filled crust. It's something special.

Modern and welcoming restaurant and pizzeria. The pizzas are thin, tasty, and light. For a main course, I recommend the "Pirata" terrine, made with sausage, mushrooms, and mozzarella. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

Very good pizza, with the best value for money among the pizzerias in San Prospero. Large dining room with plenty of seating. Friendly and helpful staff.
